The hotel is clean and the food is delicious. The pool and the beach are very good. It is a nice place for family vacations. There is no big variety of food but the quality is good. The stuff is polite.

Huge variety of excellent and delicious food from chef Osvaldo and his team. Chef Osvaldo constantly makes sure everything is perfect. Clean and cozy rooms with excellent climatisation. Excellent hotel!!!

Siamo stati 4 giorni con mia moglie, siamo stati molto bene. Eravamo venuti 3 anni fa e siamo ritornati perché avevamo trascorso una bella settimana. La stanza era ottima, pulizie fatte bene, gentilissimi alla reception, il mangiare buono se devo trovare una pecca, c'era poca varietà, ma ok lo stesso. Il top è stata l'animazione tutti bravi veramente Alex, Riccardo, Giulia, Matteo, Clara, Salvone, Vincenzo e tutti gli altri, ci siamo divertiti e contiamo di ritornarci a settembre. Lo consiglio, ideale per la famiglia.

Abbiano trascorso 10 giorni in maggio 2024 presso il Resort Sikana. È stata l’occasione per trascorrere una vacanza in assoluto relax e tranquillità in un contesto a diretto contatto con la natura. La struttura è posizionata direttamente sul mare ed è bellissima e ben curata. Le camere sono accoglienti e spaziose. Il servizio di pulizia giornaliero è attento e preciso. Il servizio A tutto il personale, che ricordo con molto piacere: della reception, del ristorante, del bar, del servizio di pulizia, ecc. va un sentito ringraziamento in quanto si è sempre dimostrato gentile, competente, affidabile e disponibile. Buono e vario il servizio di ristorazione con un’ampia scelta sia per la prima colazione sia per la cena. Ultimo, ma non ultimo un cenno affettuoso allo staff dell’animazione composto da ragazzi simpatici e preparati, ma mai invadenti; li ricordo tutti con affetto: Riccardo, Alex, Matteo …..(mi perdoneranno quelli che non ho citato). Non so se riuscirò a tornare al Sikana, ma mi piacerebbe molto. Un cenno al tratto di strada sterrata per accedere al villaggio e la duna di macchia mediterranea. Si tratta di due aspetti immodificabili in quanto sottoposti a vincolo naturalistico.

L’étoile que nous sommes obligés d’attribuer au « resort » est seulement pour le personnel animation qui a fait un effort pour nous mettre à l’aise. En clair : Piscine congelée, repas en « réfectoire » infâme et recyclée, il faut absolument être en all inclusive sinon vous mangez pas le midi ou le soir et vous n’avez pas la possibilité de prendre ne serait-ce qu’un snack au bar, chambre remplie de toile d’araignée avec ses occupantes évidemment, douche sans rideau donc de l’eau partout, terrasse broussailleuse on a été obligé de couper nous même pour pouvoir en profiter, rien à DES kilomètres ,1 boutique pratiquement vide et qui vend des produits périmés, 1 type de crème solaire en vente au spa au prix exorbitant de 40€ ( comment est-ce possible en sachant que c’est en bord de mer), pas de frigo et si vous voulez de l’eau il vous faut l’acheter ! Les aboiements incessants des chiens nous font passer le temps…! Wifi a connecté chaque jour. Si nous avions pu, nous serions repartis aussi vite qu’on est arrivé! 5 jours de calvaire ! Compatriotes Français FUYEZ ! Les seuls avis positifs viennent des siciliens visiblement habitué… Dommage car le complexe à du potentiel.

Hotel da demolire e non ricostruire più, personale sgarbato e poco delicato con i clienti! Tra la prima struttura e la seconda struttura ci sono 8 kilometri di distanza che ti fanno percorrere a piedi. Hotel poco organizzato e personale poco professionale che fa perdere qualità alla struttura. L'unica cosa su cui non potersi lamentare è il ristorante che si mangiava discretamente bene. Da ricordare e tenere presente che molte chiavi aprono più di una stanza poiché le serrature sono difettose, quindi se vi rubano o vi entrano in stanza c’è un perché… Quindi il mio voto non può essere che negativo. ZERO STARS!
