Checked into our room turned down the sheets and the previous guest s stick of deodorant was in the bed. So clearly, the bed had not been changed or cleaned when they gave us a new room they gave us the wrong number so I was attempting to open the room of an already occupied guest, which then pissed off that guest, which then led me to dragging my three-year-old back downstairs for the second time that evening at 11 PM after I’d welcome him up because there was someone else’s deodorant in the bed, it was just overall very unappealing and very turned off to stay there ever again. The staff had very little sense of urgency to correct the problem and anytime you ask them anything they spoke to you as if you were stupid for not already knowing that the restaurant across the way it closed two weeks ago for instance. Overall, I think the staff needs to be taught what customer services especially in the hospitality industry.
