room too small for quadruple room, breakfast can be much better by adding some fruits , yogurts, coffee…. the staff was awesome.. hotel very clean ,..

The location of the hotel to the Nabawi Mosque is very close. The room is suitable for bagpackers because the room is small and the space is narrow to open a large bag. Not suitable for large families. Small toilet. The waiting room lobby is comfortable and good. Good staff. Mr. Arab is not good in terms of PR. All Arabic people are not friendly. Pay and go. No need to talk much with them.

the hotel is within walking distance of the masjid nabawi, which we liked! I didn't think the hygiene was good, the room was not cleaned after we asked! Toilet paper was requested several times and not received. I found the beds on the Hogekant! This hotel will not be repeated for me.

Bad..First of all, there is no tea, no coffee, no sugar, only a water kettle and cups.. The Ghazf is very very small to the point where there is no place for bags..the hotel smells bad..first and last time

Bad experience. Non friendly and non customer care reception staff. Rude behaviour. Rooms are too small and compact with small window. Buffet breakfast is average. Cleaning of the room didn't perform despite our request. This hotel not representing as 3 star hotel. Never recommended this hotel to stay

Only one thing was missing there was no iron in the room to press the clothes other than that everything is perfect staff is nice place is nice and clean
