Hotel is clean and nice. Rooms are big. Location is good. Breakfast alot of variety. Good value. Will come back again

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and proper. It is located near to Palawan and Makota malls. And walking distance to Jonker street. Good for friends and family vacation. Breakfast has many choices and replenish quickly.

Hatten hotel is at excellent location near to shopping, food, historical site. Hotel itself have 2 restaurants, 1 7-eleven convenient store and also few branded store. There are 2 big mall just stone throw distance. Room wifi excellent.
The only problem is there are drainage unpleasant smell at 1st floor. Luckily room doesn't have such unpleasant smells
Overall good place to stay.

Overall is not bad. There are some recommendations such as lift, as people will press both button and cause the car parking lift needs to wait too long. Hope can get a solution for this..

It was a one night stay in Hatten Hotel.Returning to one of my favourite hotel in malacca since covid.Sadly, this will also be my last time staying here.Concierge and front desk staff was good. Alot of lift but take forever to reach your floor.There were old stains on bed sheet and the hotel fridge was mouldy which was really a turn off. During breakfast the next day,we went to the breakfast place however we were directed to the ballroom instead as the staff informed the restaurant will only take guest who come in pairs, (we were 3 pax). The breakfast variation were acceptable.But when i took the asam pedas dish,i found hair.i called the waiter and he confirm it was hair and just walked away.I could not continue and we left the breakfast place. Email to hotel and they offered upgrade to next room category for my next stay with validity of 3 months but I rejected their offer.There are more better and affordable hotels in malacca.The restaurant manager also replied and mention that they were busy on that day and was still finding whose hair as it was a public area.

Walk from bus stop with in 3 min very convenient. Many shopping mall around hotel. Big room and functional. Big window , very bright. I love it.

Maintenance service is very supportive.
Upon checkin to the room, the room safe was locked, TV was turn off from the main power source. These was fixed immediately upon request.
Cleanliness of room is relatively good, but can be better, tissue paper can be seen stuck at the Aircon vent.

Customer service are superb. Room view superb
Helpful respectful location all walking distance.
Downside
1.we veterans and some adults and even kids have difficulties on pressing lift level button due to unclear lighting on the level number.
2. Beget and sink pipe water flow uneven and very small.
Otherwise I'll give 6 star to the hotel HAT TEN UP
