Really love my experience at this hotel. Everything was great and comfortable. The hotel located in the city center. Everything in walking distance. Clean and nice smelling room. Enough space in the shower. Separated toilet. Thank you!

I like that the room was upgraded for free. Initially, the room I got had no city view and requested for a room with city view as advertised. There is a smell that is neither pleasant nor bad but the room is clean. Facilities are also great though breakfast buffet menu could be improved. Otherwise, this place is actually a great stay and would definitely recommend and come back again.

It was my first time staying at this hotel. Overall, the service was okay. I wanted to borrow a USB port from the reception desk, realizing I forgot to bring my charger along before departure from Singapore. Unfortunately, they do not have one available.
On the 2nd day of my stay, my trash bjn was not emptied and room not cleaned up. I had to inform the help desk to do it asap. They only managed to get it done the next morning after coming back from my activity.
