I was in Australia, searching for a hotel in Melbourne, and booked a hotel in the United States, but they refused to give up. I lost money and it affected my travel mood.

Moved us 3 times due to room condition. First room smelled musty and toilet would not stop running. Second room had strong mold smell and a dehumidifier already in the room. They moved us to a suite. Appreciate that but refrigerator didn’t work at all. Bathroom vent fan was inoperable. Bathroom sink stopper would not drain unless lifted. Kitchenette sink faucet would not work properly. Tv remote in bedroom didn’t work. No safe in room.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was pleasant. Would have preferred having bathroom sink with bath & toilet & not separate. Breakfast was fine.

I've stayed here 3 times with my family and all 3 times the rooms smell like damp. They have moisture bags hanging or dehumidifiers in the rooms. Rooms are outdated. They sell beverages, but NOT milk bc thats only for breakfast. Other than that, its walking distance to a lot of restaurants and gas stations in the surrounding shopping center. Staff is friendly.

The air conditioner was so full of mold that I had multiple asthma attacks throughout the night. It was dangerous and scary.

It was a good stay. It was clean, Staff was super friendly.
No one came in to make our beds or restock towels. You have to go to the first floor for ice. The negatives were the air conditioner was noisy. It squeaked when running and sounded like water flowing in and out. And the bathroom door kept opening and blocking the door when you came into the room unless it was totally closed. I didn't realize I ordered a handicap room, so the seat in the shower could not raise, so you had about 60% of the tub to stand in for your shower. Not worth $134 a night.

2nd time staying here, and won't hesitate to stay again next time we're in the area. Front desk staff is very attentive and friendly.
