Hyatt Place Melbourne / Palm Bay / I-95

Great staff and excellent service, if you are visiting Palm Bay this is definitely the place to stay

We had a issue on the day after our first night the cleaner did not prepare our room but the reception staff made good

Nicely furnished hotel, staff were friendly and breakfast was basic, but good. The hotel rooms were not cleaned for 3 days, unless requested. Despite staying for 10 days, the carpets were not hoovered properly. There was an unpleasant aroma around the hotel (Must be close to a cesspit)

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

King bed should have king pillows, not standard. Shower soap dispensers were not filled. Some of the desk staff were not very friendly

Hotel and staff very welcoming. Room was clean with sitting/couch area. Bath had spacious walkin shower. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were lovely. Great breakfast buffet.eggs, potatoes and bacon or sausage.big selection

Great hotel, great facilities, great staff and great operation. No complaints about the hotel at all. Melbourne is not the most attractive city. Visited for a wedding but I don’t see myself ever coming back. Our room was clean and very accommodating. Staff was friendly and breakfast was actually really good! They did a great job all around. I visited the mall which looked nice but after a few minutes, we witness someone snatch someone else’s purse. Again, Melbourne is not a great city. If you just stay there, this hotel will not let you down. Modern lobby, gym and clean pool. Although close to a major street, it’s close to many dinning options. Wouldn’t walk to most since there are fast moving cars on the main streets.

I really enjoyed my stay. The beds are super confortable, clean room, nice area, great service.
