The hotel really does exist. It is so new that it cannot be found with Google Maps and Streetview.
The hotel has the smallest 28 square meter rooms that I have seen so far.
The WiFi signal in my room was not good. That is why the smart TV did not work.
In the rooms with the windows facing the bridge you can hear the traffic very well. But you can still sleep. Overall I felt comfortable and would stay there again.

Because I saw that the hotel was newly opened, I booked it for one night. When I arrived, the front desk prepared room 106 for me. When I opened the door, it was not cleaned yet. I was really shocked.
Later, the front desk changed room 103 for us and we checked in. There was also a baby hanger in room 103. This is the first hotel with this equipment among all the hotels I have stayed in😅
The location of this hotel is close to the city, but you must have a car to get there. There are mostly Indian restaurants around, so it is still close to the city. It is about a 10-minute drive.
