I rarely leave reviews, so I must give this hotel a 5-star rating! Really made me feel at home! As soon as you step into the hotel, you feel like you have entered a palace of art. Its decoration style is fashionable and high-end, and every detail from the lobby to the guest rooms shows refinement and elegance. Exquisite art ornaments, large lacquer murals, and gorgeous chandeliers all exude a strong artistic atmosphere, making people immersed in it and feeling the perfect fusion of history and modernity. The hotel's service is impeccable. The staff always smiles and says hello to everyone they meet! From check-in to check-out, every step is considerate and considerate. They respond quickly to guests' needs and are always able to help as soon as possible, which makes people feel warm. The hotel's meals are even more of a highlight. The environment of the restaurant is elegant, and the dishes are a bit unexpected. My child's belly was full for breakfast. The refreshments are also very good. All meals for two days were served in the restaurant. The tableware is also very exquisite. It really won my heart! 早餐豐富可口， 酒店簡約大氣。 服務態度好，很貼心。我們到的時候比較早，服務員很快就安排我們的房間，並且也很貼心。 酒店的裝飾彰顯出老闆的審美。 早餐營養且美味😋，很多福州當地小吃都很好。酒店位置在福耀科技大學隔壁，能看到學校的優美環境。 酒店非常棒！

路過福州，在佩伯酒店停留一晚，整體入住非常愉快~ 酒店非常具有設計感， 非常適合打卡拍照，旁邊就是福耀科技大學，時間比較緊沒有去看一下。前台服務非常好，尤其是Jacky吳楠，積極主動打招呼，非常熱情的協助服務相關問題。客房的大姐也非常好，會主動問候，幫我收取多出的垃圾，早餐還是不錯，具有福州特色的撈化。 房間的暖氣非常足。整體入住體驗非常棒！

設施：跟希爾頓差不多風格，大理石風，隔音效果不好，樓上走動隔壁吹風機聲。 衞生：地毯可能好久沒吸塵 有點過敏 房間如果有個凈化器跟酒店檔次也就差不多，缺點枕套是沒有洗乾淨還是沒換，摺痕不對還有污漬。早餐廳的餐枱無法直視，到處都是殘渣。 環境：地理位置算不上優越 有點偏，離市區不是有點距離的問題，如果不是自駕真的不方便，到的第一晚下樓取東西門口有股臭味，有點像門口的水池裡的異味。第二天的早餐廳超出了接待範圍，沒有座位，餐桌沒人收，牛奶飲品沒有各種缺，已經到要自己動手搬椅子 搶佔位置，自己找筷子刀叉的節奏，各種亂，每年春節都在外沒見過這樣的早餐狀況 服務：還是欠缺點 有點冷不夠熱情，既然作為五星級的要求還是需要再加強 ，禮賓也沒有第三天離店有個禮賓在也沒見着服務 迷你吧:中規中矩的常規飲品，有喜歡的氣泡水，缺點是續房後沒有添加，客房服務檢查不到位 免費升級房型（視房量房態）:沒有升級但前台小哥説這是升級了的房間，服務還好專業知識不到位

新建的酒店，遇到的每個工作人員都很好，衞生沒話説，早餐人多，主動給我們找桌子，退房後發現充電器忘了，第一時間幫忙尋找。酒店在福耀科技大學邊上。
