Newly opened hotel but without unpleasant smell. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Coffee and thirst-quenching drinks are available at the lobby. Breakfast was quite good. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to Xihu Park. Overall a comfortable stay with a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

This hotel opened this year and should have been open not long ago. The facilities must be good. I also read the reviews online and the service was very good.
