The rooms were large, well furnished and comfortable. Complimentary cooked to order breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. Staff was very helpful, friendly and polite—always smiling. Walk across the street to the beach or eat or shop. Food was delicious . We LOVED it. . We will go back.

Travelled with kids family of 5. Clean property decent rooms with pull away sofa. Breakfast was great, 2 free drinks everyday during Happy Hour. Heated pool and beach is at walking distance although property list as on the beach which it’s not but not a big deal.

Tish at the front desk as well as another lady red hair and glasses were the top in customer service! Always friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and the whole staff at the hotel were friendly. Good food, good

I liked how clean the property was and the large rooms. Free breakfast was fantastic, fresh and delicious options. The staff was nice and friendly. What I didn’t like was that my traveling companion’s pajamas were taken by mistake from housekeeping with our towels and couldn’t be found anywhere and our room door was left ajar when we returned from going out for the day. Those incidents shouldn’t have happened

Everything was really nice....the staff, especially Deb, was excellent, helpful, and kind. I just wish the hot tub was working. Happy Hour cocktail and snacks were fun, but many of the breakfast buffet items were cold. The staff did micro my pancakes, so again, good staff, but when I asked a different staff person to micro my bowel of oatmeal, she just dumped it. (I don't think she spoke English, lol) Suggestion: if you want hot, get the Made-to-Order omelette. I'd def stay there again!

We’ll be back. The customer service was great, friendly staff. Clean rooms, a healthy breakfast. The bar staff didn’t seem to be in any hurry or didn’t show any enthusiasm.

It was wonderful. The room was spacious for my family of 4 and the breakfast and dining was very accommodating. Looking forward to staying at an Embassy Suite again in the future!
