-Front desk staff is good & helpful. -Servay Hypermarket at besides the hotel. -Easy to find food at shop lot nearby hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Convenient place. The special thing is, you could park your car for a certain period of time if you want for further holiday destinations.

Stay here everytime come Miri. Ordered the room service chicken chop is nice & laksa sarawak ok boleh accept lah. Location is good. Parking available too. Comfotable bed.

The hotel is a bit old and hasn't been renovated for a long time. The mattress appeared sunken. But the location is very good and very convenient.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean except for poor water pressure and not having hot water in the shower marred our stay esp after a long day out looking forward to a nice warm shower instead, we have a trickling shower and cold water. Requested maintenance to rectified it the next day - it was not fixed when we came back and a helpful technician came and managed to fixed the water pressure and the temperature of the water.

Check in was great The food has lost the taste of that years back esp Chic Rice and the poor F&B staff in clearing the table and difficult to catch their attention! Checking out … wanted a few hours late checkout was rejected abruptly and cold! It’s a Monday I’m Sure you can be more flexible !!!! Sad and no consideration at all I will not return here
