One Suite Hotel

We stayed in a one bedroom apar**ent overlooking the garden, which provided everything we could want, and more. We had loads of space with a large bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchenette, absolutely loads of cupboard space, two televisions and two toilets. The buffet breakfast spread was generous and varied, with hot and cold offerings and healthy options to suit most tastes and dietary needs. The staff were really friendly and helpful, happy and competent to communicate in English, and to just have a chat. They were very helpful on our departure date, storing our luggage from our 10am check-out until our airport transfer at 5pm, and letting us have a pass card to access the rooftop infinity pool and the gym during the day. The hotel is located about 30 minutes ride from Dubrovnik old town on the number 10 or 16A bus, with tickets costing 3€ each way. There is a large Konzum food store across the road from the hotel from where you can pick up supplies to make your own evening meal should you prefer not to pay restaurant prices every night, although there were no pans in the room, so plan to stick to salads and microwaveable meals. (I don't know if pans were available from reception as we didn't ask.) This stay was arranged as part of a package through Jet2, but we would be happy to book this hotel independently.

This hotel proved to be a perfect choice for a one week stay after our cruise. At first the location may put some people off as it is on the crossroads of a busy road but is actually ideal. A supermarket is over the street, several bars and restaurants are close by and it’s a short walk to the beach. The hotel itself could not be nicer. The breakfast is varied and fresh, the room is huge and very clean and the staff are excellent. We are nearing the end of our stay but would be happy to spend a lot more time here. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thanks to all concerned! Colín & Catherine

A very modern hotel with great staff, very friendly, helpful and professional. They couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast buffet provided a fantastic selection, something for everyone. Fresh fruit, juices, tea & coffee, fried and scrambled eggs, lovely cakes etc. The receptionist, apologies if I have mis-spelt her name, Katriona was fantastic and engaging going out of her way to organise the purchase of dairy free yoghurts for my wife for breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights and had one evening meal in the hotel - pizza or pasta choices which were both good. The wine was very good. Location is ideal, between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, and only around 20 minutes each way either on the bus - number 10 from outside the hotel or a few more minutes by water taxi The place is immaculate, very clean. There is a beautiful beach only a few minutes away and not too far around the corner to the right of the harbour, the Kupari derelict resort reflecting the effects of war. There are a few restaurants in close proximity to the hotel if you don’t fancy the trek to Dubrovnik or Cavtat in the evening every night. Room 108 was spacious, modern and clean and has a huge balcony. The hotel is on the road side, and a bit noisy but the windows are triple glazed and you get used to it. There is a really nice view of the mountains. The hotel is ideal if you want to do day trips and want to explore the local area. We had a lovely time and my thanks to all the staff at One Suite.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, rooms are fabulous especially if you have children it is more like a self catering apar**ent, very clean,and spacious. We were at the back of the hotel with a balcony, which really nice to sit in the morning/evening with a beer. Staff are helpful and really nice.Breakfast was nice lovely juices, restaurant in the evening was very good beautiful pasta dishes. overall it was fabulous. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay ! Perfect base for a great holiday Beach is minutes and walkable to next villages Boats run to Dubrovnik also Bus outside for Dubrovnik old town An Uber is about 18 euros and worth it Rooms are fab and great for families as have everything and beds comfortable Breakfast was lovely Eggs and overnight oats Lovely coffees and staff are brilliant Pizza and pasta on the evening are very tasty ! All staff helpful and friendly Hotel is spotless great little infinity pool.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. A short walk from the beach and quite a few cafes/bars/restaurants. The supermarket across the road was extremely handy. The staff at the hotel are lovely and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and address any issues. I’d particularly like to mention Catriona and the lady who tends reception in the evenings (I didn’t catch her name) who really did go above and beyond. The rooms are clean and spacious. Ours had a kitchenette which we didn’t really use. There were tea/coffee making facilities which were great but a shame that there was no creamer/milk in the room to be able to make tea/coffee. I had read great things about the breakfast but I did find it limited in choice and repetitive. The serving utensils were not often replaced which meant people taking things with their hands which was quite off putting. The fresh OJ every morning was a definite plus. Overall a great stay and would stay again in the future.
