TREMENDOUS DISAPPOINTMENT WHEN WE LEFT We liked it · We like it a lot because we can go with our 3 dogs and their stay is free, not like in other hotels that charge as if they could use their facilities and services (swimming pools, gym, etc.) or use their TV or refrigerator or shower. Didn't like it · After checkout we were informed by reception that we could no longer return with our 3 dogs. Starting this year they only allow one in the room. So what do we do with the other 2? We have been there 3 times. This last 3 nights we hung the sign so that they did not have to clean the room as well as to have a detail with the service staff. We took out the trash so as not to accumulate it and we even used the side door most of the time precisely so as not to go through the hall with the 3 of them. No one can have a complaint because they don't bark. We met dogs twice, they barked like crazy. Small dogs which are even the only ones accepted in many hotels. Just the day before, my husband ran into a man on the street who identified himself as the owner and who told him that he really likes dogs and that as long as they are polite, they can always stay there. It was a splash of cold water when when we left they informed us that the 5 of us would no longer be able to go. We try to go as unnoticed as possible but... what is surprising is that the people who are in the hall watching TV are in flip flops with their bare feet on the sofa!!! There will be people who don't like dogs but those types of people! What is going on with them?

Good location and very good service. Very friendly staff. Regular cleaning. The bathroom and kitchen were superficially clean. Strange smell. Uncomfortable sofa bed mattresses. Well equipped kitchen. For a few days it is an acceptable accommodation.

When cheap is expensive. Old hotel, super uncomfortable beds. Meals without any variety, especially breakfast. Meals are really the worst part. Very bad, I don't recommend it.

Aparthotel with the typical 3-star amenities whose infrastructure is already quite old. Clean and tidy. Negative point: the wifi doesn't work on the 4th floor Most positive point: the staff is very polite, friendly and attentive. They are the added value of the house.

Bad experience. To begin with, the hotel was clearly cleaned in a hurry, there was long black hair on the floor (in my apar**ent I had short hair and my girlfriend had blonde hair) on the coffee table and on the floor as you can see in the photos. When booking we asked for a double bed, we were allocated an apar**ent with two single beds. One of the towels given to us, we only saw its condition in the photos. The electrical assembly of the living room lamp was quite questionable. Finally, from 7 am onwards, there is a door in the corridor that, when slammed, makes a noise that sounds like an explosion. I'm definitely not going back

Positive points: Apar**ent with excellent dimensions and conditions, clean, heated outdoor and indoor pool, good service. Very reasonable breakfast. Excellent location, close to the beach, bars, restaurants, no need to move the car. Negative points: The room had too many mosquitoes, the soundproofing was terrible, the neighbors next door were too noisy and you could hear everything. The breakfast juices are of poor quality. There is no control in the indoor pool, the use of a cap is mandatory but no one respects it. The TV has more Spanish channels than Portuguese.
