Was in town on business. Stayed here over night, I had no issues. I was treated well. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Absolutely terrible booked on this app got there and was told they don't rent to locals mind you r already prepayed online and is non refundable

Room was dirty, hot tub not working, no cups for coffee at breakfast and no alternative given, staff refused to refund our money for the stay, sheets were stained, hair in the bathtub and on the shower walls! Worst hotel experience ever! Would never recommend!

The hotel was okay. It is in major need of updates. As you walk-in, view the property and see the rooms, you get the sense that you time traveled back to the 80s.
The water in the hotel room didn't get hot, the jets in the tub didn't work and the HVAC system didn't circulate air properly.
The only thing going for Baymont in Fargo is the good customer service.

I had to wait 30 minutes to get checked in, there was no staff to be found. Called 3 times no answer.

Called the front desk at 7 in the morning because of the sound coming from our toilet while someone above us was showering, 5 min go by and then our bathtub was filled halfway with raw sewage and nothing was done when we called and brought the front desk down and even after he called the manager, no refund offered or anything but a new room to shower

This place is run down, dirty and the staff was not at the desk when we checked in. Had to call a phone number ans he finally cane to the desk after coming out of the bar... I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is old and icky. The curtains were stained and had food on them. The bathtub was dirty. The shower wouldn’t drain. The floor was dirty. Our heat was broke is it was 80+ in our room. The pictures made the place look great, but it wasn’t so much.
The beds were clean and comfortable.
