Premier Inn Whitehaven

Good location for heading to the lakes or mountains. This one you need to book your breakfast the night before due to high demand all you can eat for 10 pound not bad. Comfortable rooms warm and cozy annoying noises from other quests just above. The parking is available here just can be about cramped but managed to get a space. Beds super comfortable. The local town has allot of takeaways and pubs but you won't get taxis so expect a 50 minute walk or drive your car in.

The Premier Inn Whitehaven is in a lovely location surrounded by open country but has the benefit of excellent roads for easy access to both the local and wider area. There is ample car parking available on site. The reception team were very friendly and helpful and were able to answer our queries regarding a visit we had booked as well as other places to visit locally. Our room was quiet, very comfortable, prepared to a high standard and included all the facilities that we required. Both the room and the building were very secure. The Brewer's Fayre for breakfast and evening meals was only a few steps away on the same site and provided excellent meals and service. We would like to say how very much we enjoyed all of our meals and would particularly like to mention that all of the staff made us feel so welcome and looked after us so well without being an imposing presence ! All very well managed too.

The staff were great and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. Receptionist helped with me getting some more towels and some more coffee/tea and sugar for the morning. I was going out to have a meal in Whitehaven town center when I went to reception again to ask for a fan as it was getting warm. As soon as I returned the fan was already placed in my room and was on making the room more cooler which helped me sleep better.

Hotel looks old and needs a fresh look. My room was tidy and clean. Ive stayed at a lot of Premier Inns and this one is in last place. The restaurant had no smiles from staff...its just a job mentality. Its wasn't terrible, did the job but not impressed.

Stayed the night of our wedding as we had guests at home, Lovely clean room, nice note and little gift congratulating us on our wedding. Amazing touch

We have stayed in lots of premier inn hotels and this one is very dated in comparison and the restaurant is too

Great location for us. We all enjoyed are stay and plenty of tea coffee and milk. Happy 😊 looking forward to coming up again

Stayed for two nights for work purposes. Plenty of on site parking, check in staff very pleasant and so were the people in the next doors Brewers Fayre. Had food one evening which was nice. The heating for some reason switched itself on at 0400 but soon managed to turn it off.
