hu,nd good location near the petrol pump m le staff, good service and always available for all aminities food is also good all over experience is best hotel is good to stay with family nd all locations of mount abu is near frim here si u can easily visit all places from here

Breakfast provided at the hotel was terrible and the kitchen is very unhygienic. Better to book a room without breakfast. Room provided to us was decent but the bedsheet provided to us was un clean which we requested to change and they did it promptly. In my booking it was mentioned that mineral water will be provided however they provided only one water bottle per day which was not enough for 2 adults and 2 children. No bathroom slippers were provided to us. Overall the hotel was very expensive compared to the service provided.

Parking space was not proper, it was just like a road side parking, very bad smell in room, insufficient hot water supply.

Hotel Mount Regency
Good Things
1. Garden is well kept 2. staff is good
3. In room dining is affordable 4. Safe hotel as lots of families stay here
Improvement areas
1. For the tariff they charge, their room was lacking with door latches not working 2. No hairdryer in bathroom
3. No iron in closet
4. The restaurant is in basement and you pass the kitchen on your way to the tables
5. Food served was mostly cold
6. Loud guests
Overall an okay experience, I won’t recommend it for sophisticated travellers

No personal vehicle parking facilities available at hotel, park outside of the hotel at your own risk, overpriced hotel not value for money. Food is average available till 11:00 at night. Overall it’s not value for money but it is okay to stay if not any other option.
