Hotel muito bom. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Ótima localização. Só não foi 100% porque a piscina estava fechada.

The hotel was very comfortable, very clean, with excellent service and a delicious breakfast, but I didn't like there was no TV in the room.

The cleaning could be better, the air conditioning without control and very noisy, the TV with bad image.The dry sauna was not available in maintenance, but I didn't see anyone moving on its maintenance. The pool could be cleaner mainly at the end of the afternoon, I myself passed the rhine to take several dirts out of the water. The hotel was a big group in the All Day mode, and the third-party international restaurant had nothing to do, my wife asked for a grilled chicken with broccoli rice that is Incoming, she did not touch the rice. The hotel has been very good at the reception, even upgraded in our accommodation. The location is very nice, the road that leads to the hotel is very dangerous, narrow and not passing two cars in parallel.
