"Very disappointing and unsafe experience at Nazri Resort and Lawns, Baga. We had come to Goa to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary on 25th, but unfortunately, due to the poor food quality at this hotel, our special occasion was completely spoiled. My wife suffered from food poisoning after consuming food at the hotel, which required medical attention. To make matters worse, during breakfast we were served bread with visible fungus (mould), which is extremely unsafe and unacceptable. I have photo evidence of the same. Due to this negligence, we had to cancel our plans and return early, causing both financial loss and mental stress. This is a serious food safety issue, and I strongly advise others to be cautious while staying here. Expecting strict action from the management."

"We had such a great time at Lazy Lagoon! The whole place has this incredibly relaxed, cozy vibe and a beautiful ambiance that lets you just unwind the second you walk in. The food was honestly fantastic—everything tasted so fresh and was cooked perfectly. What really made the night special, though, was Liza. Her service was hands-down amazing. She was so warm, genuinely friendly, and stayed on top of everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. It’s rare to get that kind of hospitality these days. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Park Regis Goa is all appearance and no substance. The impressive reception creates one impression — the accommodation tells a completely different story. We paid £129 per room through Kivi Travels for two balcony rooms, but we did not receive the rooms we booked, and the rooms provided were simply not fit for purpose. * Protruding mattress springs in the first room — no proper sleep. * We requested a room change, only to find protruding springs in the second room too. * The “solution” was to place a mattress topper over the defective mattress. * Damp smell, mosquitoes and biting ants in both rooms. * Both TVs not working. * Black mould, damp and deteriorating plaster throughout the hallways and bathrooms. * We left after just one night. The most disappointing part was the lack of effective management action. Despite the issues being raised and a room change being provided, the fundamental mattress problem remained unresolved. Management involved included Rajesh Ajgaonkar, Mr Vikas Isai and Matinga Boro. There was no meaningful resolution or refund. For a hotel presented as five-star, this was appalling. A polished reception is no substitute for safe, clean, properly maintained accommodation. Do not be fooled by the facade. Based on our experience, avoid Park Regis Goa."
