The hotel faces Lugu Lake, so whether you're at the front desk, in the restaurant, or in your room, you can enjoy stunning views of the lake and the sunset. The service concept and standards are truly five-star. There's a parking lot under the hotel, and the staff are incredibly helpful, providing car service for guests and their luggage. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, bright, and impeccably clean. They offer complimentary fruit and water, and even provide traditional ethnic clothing and accessories free of charge. Every single staff member is patient and enthusiastic. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit. Thank you all so much!

GGuest UserThe room is beautiful, and stepping onto the balcony to see the stunning lake view was amazing! Today, I discovered that the mountain directly opposite the hotel is Mount Gemu, the Goddess Mountain! The overall design of the room is excellent, and all items within the hotel are complimentary. Especially the toiletries, which are SANTL products. My husband absolutely loves their body lotion; it's fantastic for combating the dryness at high altitudes. The hotel service is superb! Before we arrived, the driver who dropped us off said that 'Qieman' (likely a mispronunciation of the hotel name or a local nickname) is the top luxury hotel in Lugu Lake, and that for pickups and drop-offs, they'd send either a Maybach or a Tesla. I didn't quite grasp it then, but when we actually went out, I realized it was true! Whether it's transportation, dining, the travel photography provided by the hotel, or cultural programs, everything is wonderful! You can have a very fulfilling and pleasant stay without even leaving the hotel! Finally, what left the deepest impression on me were the classic books placed in the hotel room. It truly caters to the spiritual well-being of travelers! Of the two books, I preferred *The Moon and Sixpence*. Rereading a classic like that brought fresh insights. It's a pity our time was too short. I'll leave the next stop for exploration, and 'Man' (likely referring to the hotel or a person) says, let's go together, fellow enthusiasts!

MMaggieWolframThe room offers an excellent view, directly overlooking the most beautiful part of Lugu Lake, perfect for taking amazing photos with afternoon tea. The guesthouse has three 20kW Nio charging stations, which are free to use. It took me four and a half hours to drive here from Shangri-La, and my car battery was running low. Being able to fully charge here meant I could comfortably reach the battery swap station near the highway to Kunming. The amenities were superb, far exceeding many high-end Hyatt and Marriott chain brands. Although I didn't stay at the Design Hotels across the way, I'm confident this place is better. They even offer free laundry service (not self-service), which significantly relieved a major worry for long-distance travelers.

Mmastre_gamerHighly recommended! The hotel has a fantastic view of the lake and has direct access to the board walk. It is at the edge of the San Jia Chun village and it is a short 15min walk to Da Luo Shui village. The hotel was very comfortable, with a memory foam pillow and a regular one, Projector and indoor heating. Plus point is that they have 1 dog and 4 cats and super friendly owners. Will definitely stay again!

GGuest UserAbsolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch. Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel) Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job. Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

GGuest UserMy first review on Ctrip is dedicated to Muyu Guesthouse in Lugu Lake. As someone who doesn't like to do much research, I'm always afraid of being misled by online photos before booking. After browsing hundreds of hotels and guesthouses, I finally chose Muyu, which I suppose was fate. The result far exceeded my expectations: the entire guesthouse is decorated in warm orange tones, and every room exudes a cozy and romantic atmosphere. I especially loved the small garden on the first floor—among the guesthouses in the area, only Muyu has maintained its plants so meticulously, perfect for photos and for pets to play in. The short-haired landlady is efficient and warm, with a natural radiance in her conversation. From the spatial layout to the service details, her thoughtfulness is evident everywhere. Even the recommended local restaurants were a pleasant surprise. Lugu Lake is already a paradise worth visiting repeatedly, and Muyu's existence gives this longing a true home. After returning home, Mr. Z was inspired to write a poem for Muyu as a token of his gratitude: Muyu: Emerald green hills creep up the steps at dawn, the reed gates open to reveal a lush dew. Muyu The aroma of beans cooked in the spring fills the house; the cauldron, like clouds, is simmered, its surface shimmering like silk. Occasionally, mountain birds are called to add to the wild vegetables; sometimes, the moon shines on the fragrant cup. The most sentimental is the guest by the abyss, who rises at dawn to simmer a soup of fine, delicate ingredients.

GGuest UserThis is the most comfortable homestay I have stayed in during my one-week trip to Yunnan. The decoration is fresh and simple, the room is large, clean and sanitary, and there is a terrace. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and the stars on the terrace at night. It is really comfortable. The boss and his son are very enthusiastic. The uncle also took time to take us around Lugu Lake, especially to Goddess Bay to watch the sunset, and took the Goddess Mountain Cableway. It is really super beautiful to overlook Lugu Lake from the top of the mountain. It is really a super happy travel experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the lakeside not far from the lake area. The balcony faces southeast. We arrived in the afternoon and saw the beautiful scenery of Lugu Lake. Lugu Lake is quiet and beautiful, just like this hotel and the hostess of the hotel. A girl, enthusiastic and sincere. We thought that afternoon tea was just a cup of tea and a few biscuits. But they had 4 kinds of fruits, French fries and chicken nuggets, and the tea was also a local specialty flower tea. It was very attentive at first glance. There were also desserts in the evening. The rice noodles for her breakfast were much better than those in most restaurants. The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and the hot water in the bathtub is sufficient. It adds a lot of color to the trip to Lugu Lake. I look forward to going there again next time.

CClarissa TangWe had a comfortable stay here, breakfast was provided and beds were comfortable. You walk out and you are facing the Lugu lake too! A beautiful site. Only thing was that towels provided were disposable, and some room lights needed fixing. Hosts are really friendly and reply WeChat timely. There isn’t an elevator on the facilities and you might initially think you arrive at the wrong place when you arrive by car. You would need to walk through a backyard of a local house before you reach the accoms. They do ask for feedback about your stay which I really appreciate. And they have explained some concepts after my feedback. I think this is a nice accoms to consider for your stay. They do adjust their amenities according to past feedback too. Family room was kind of fun!
