GGuest UserI came to this homestay for the second time, and the boss family is as kind as ever. Not only did I come to the high-speed rail station to pick us up, but also sent us to the high-speed rail station when we left Pingtan. I was very touched. This homestay is very clean. Seeing our family of three come over, we also upgraded our room. We prepared fresh fruit in the living room, and the proprietress got up early in the morning to make breakfast for us. His house is very close to Beibei Beach. The beach is very clean and the sand is fine and soft. It is really comfortable to go to see the sunset after dinner.

The handsome owner's voice is like a gentle sea breeze 😀 The warmest man in Pingtan! My friend said he's more considerate than most boyfriends! He cares about whether guests have a good time and responds promptly to any questions.
The room was clean and tidy. Since it wasn't crowded this season, the owner even upgraded us to a larger room with a sea view from the bed.
The room had air conditioning, a smart toilet, a full-length mirror, and disposable towels—everything you could need.
As a northerner, it was my first time trying braised pork, and they even stir-fried it hot!!! The owner personally bought it for me. He even knew our preferences as girls and brought us some refreshing drinks! Excellent!

GGuest UserThe navigation location is accurate. There is a parking space at the door. It is convenient to drive. There are not many parking spaces, but the boss will arrange it. This is a homestay with two brothers, so you can see two names in a yard. Don’t doubt that you read the wrong homestay. My room didn’t pay attention to the room type at that time. The shared bathroom arrived and found out that because the boss was not full, he was very happy to help me adjust the room type, so I need to take a closer look at the room type description. Others are very good. Breakfast is relatively simple. White porridge, soy milk, fried dough sticks, side dishes are relatively simple but enough to eat. There is nothing to eat in the village. I feel that I want to eat better and go to a bustling place. Anyway, it is very convenient to drive or ride an electric car. When I came, I happened to have blue tears. The Baiinushan B&B is the closest two kilometers to Guanjiang Village.

GGuest UserFinally lived in the yard of the dream of ”pushing the door to see the sea”, this homestay in Pingtan really did not choose the wrong one. The yard is right by the sea, there is no blockage, you can also see the windmill, drink tea in a daze with the sea breeze, and you can watch the sunrise without going out in the morning. This slow pace is too healing. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, the night was very quiet, and I slept until dawn. The boss and his wife are very caring. The recommended few small restaurants are delicious. They also patiently taught us to catch the sea. The small seafood we brought back cooked the porridge by ourselves, which was particularly fulfilling. This time I lived comfortably and cost-effectively. Amway has given it to my friends. I will stay here next time I go to Pingtan.

ZZhouniziI took my child out during the Spring Festival break; this was the second stop on our road trip. The address was clear, parking was convenient, and there were two charging stations at the entrance, presumably for slow charging, but I didn't try them out and am not entirely sure.
The room was as pictured, and the cleanliness was much better than other guesthouses in Xiapu. The environment was nice, located in the middle of various popular attractions.
During the nights we stayed, the weather changed drastically with strong winds and heavy rain, so we couldn't sit in the mini courtyard that came with the room. On a sunny day, it would be nice to have a tea party and admire the moon. The room was indeed quite small, with no extra space, mainly because there wasn't enough room to unfold our suitcases. After showering, the whole room was quite humid, and we kept the exhaust fan running, but it was too noisy to keep it on while sleeping. There were no windows, and leaving the courtyard gate open seemed inappropriate, as there was construction going on next door. The room was located under the stairs, and people started using the washing machine around 6 AM, which was very noisy. I suggest moving the washing machine to a different location. Some guests were constantly going up and down the stairs; were they trying to wear down the stairs? It was like an earthquake, which was very annoying. Then, the sink faucet in the room seemed a bit too high, causing water to splash. The young landlady, though I didn't have much direct contact with her, seemed quite approachable through WeChat, answering all my questions and proactively offering recommendations for various activities and restaurants. The fact that they deliver food to the accommodation was a nice touch. Another highlight was the walk to the beach; despite the strong winds and heavy rain those days, it didn't stop us from going to the beach to stroll on the sand. At low tide, you can collect seashells, but since there's no mudflat, we couldn't go beachcombing. The road in front could be improved; adding an asphalt path would greatly enhance the experience 😂 I've rambled on a bit, but this is my honest impression!

Super close to the beach, go out is a beautiful beach, so convenient! The beach is particularly fun, super suitable for catching the sea, adults and children can have fun.
The children played at the beach for a whole day and were reluctant to leave. They kept saying that they didn't want to go home. Luck was super good. We also encountered blue tears, romantic to the extreme, it was really a surprise!
The overall clean and comfortable, the location is excellent, the surrounding scenery is good, especially suitable for family trips, Amway has given friends, next time you come to Pingtan, you will buy this homestay back! Highly recommended to friends who want to come to Pingtan for vacation ～

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional; check-in was super fast, and they thoughtfully introduced me to the hotel facilities and interesting places nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with a great layout and excellent natural light. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of both Western and Chinese options, and everything tasted great. The freshly baked bread smelled amazing, and the noodles made to order were smooth and delicious. The gym was well-equipped with treadmills, dumbbells, and everything else I needed for my daily workout. The swimming pool water was crystal clear, and a few laps there were incredibly refreshing. The service was top-notch; whether it was the cleaning staff or employees I met in the elevator, everyone greeted me warmly, and any requests were promptly addressed. This stay was simply perfect, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

GGuest UserIt was difficult because of the language barrier, but thank you for helping me in real time through WeChat. The accommodation with a view of the windmill was really nice, and it was spacious and comfortable, so I had a comfortable stay. The only regret was that the towels were disposable, which was a little inconvenient.
It was a Chinese holiday, so there were a lot of people, and the traffic control was severe, so it was difficult, but if you avoid the national holiday, it seems like it will be a very leisurely trip. I regret not seeing Blue Tears this time. I will visit again next time I have the chance. Thank you.

GGuest UserIt was a very satisfying experience. Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.

The room was spacious and clean. The shower was lovely with strong water. Great views surrounding the hotel.
The young man who worked there was helpful, and polite. Such good service.
There is a dongbei bbq and a really cute drink shop near by.
