The room had an unbeatable view, I was absolutely stunned when I opened the door. The location is convenient with plenty of food and drinks nearby. Parking and electric car charging were also a breeze. The butler was super responsive. Overall, a great experience! The sunset shining into the room was incredibly beautiful, and waking up to the ocean right outside my window was amazing. The cleanliness was also top-notch, full marks! 💯

Stumbled upon this guesthouse online and decided to check it out before the May Day holiday rush. I was initially worried it might be a 'seller's show' (looks better in pictures than in real life), but it turned out to be 100% accurate to what was posted! Overall, a great experience. **Environment:** The guesthouse is set up like an estate, offering good privacy, so you're not disturbed by non-hotel guests or road noise. **Facilities:** The infinity pool in the room seems to circulate filtered seawater, which was very clean. It's perfect for taking photos at night when the lights are on, but it does shut off at 12 AM. There's also an outdoor pool on the first floor facing the sea. The minibar and fridge drinks in the room are complimentary, and all the amenities are of good quality. **Service:** The hotel staff were incredibly attentive. Right after booking, I immediately received a call from the owner. After adding them on WeChat, they confirmed my arrival time and whether I wanted the pool pre-filled, etc. Throughout my stay, I felt that all the staff had a great attitude. This is also a pet-friendly establishment. If you bring a pet, they provide a pet amenities kit with pee pads, diapers, disposable bowls, chew toys like Boryeongdan, and more. I brought my own dog bed, and they mentioned they also offer small beds. However, there's an additional cleaning fee for pets, which I didn't see on the booking page and only found out about upon arrival.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast spread was amazing, with aromatic breads and authentic kway teow soup noodles that hit the spot. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cozy. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they even called ahead to check on our needs before we arrived. They also thoughtfully prepared kid's toiletries since we were traveling with a child, and we got to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea. The overall service was meticulous and attentive, and the value for money was excellent. Highly recommend!

The room I booked was great. The first picture was taken from the room. You can see the sea view and the Natural Gate. The morning sun is even more beautiful. The room is equipped with disposable toiletries, including towels and bath towels, which are disposable and clean. It is also very convenient to wash and dry clothes. Downstairs is a convenience store and a street of food. It takes a few minutes to walk to the Natural Gate and Qing'ao Bay Beach. Swimming is great. Motorboats and speedboats are convenient. You have to bargain. I continued to stay the next day and rented an electric car and rode 1.7 kilometers. There were very few people when I arrived at Zhuxi Valley Bay. The sand was clean. I rented a set of tables and chairs, tasted tea, and watched the children play. It was comfortable and cozy. The most surprising thing was the boss, a tall and handsome man, who was very nice. From the moment of consultation, he gave us a lot of thoughtful services and recommendations for food, fun, etc., making this trip both worry-free and enjoyable! I will continue to stay here next time and will recommend it to my friends. By the way, the boss's tea is good😊

The location is close to several restaurants and shops however, the building itself is looks very old and shabby from the outside. Once you enter the room though it is very aesthetically pleasing while the all white aesthetic is hard to keep clean. The couch looked a little old and dirty when you look closely but in pictures everything looks nice. There is a great cafe and steam bun place down the street for breakfast. It is a 10 minute walk to the harbor where you can walk and relax at night or stroll in the sun during the day. It is a 10 minute drive to Zuimei Beach which was very convenient. From the bridge it is about 25 minute drive, located right in the middle of the island. In general for the price we paid I felt it was totally worth it, the staff was nice, and they helped us park for free about a 5 minute walk down the street. They had toothbrushes in the room but also had an area to get other amenities like mouth wash, hair ties, bug spray, etc. They also had water that you can help yourself to. The best part? At the end of the night they delivered a bag with milk and heated eye masks before bed. This was unexpected and very cute. This hotel is located right on Zhujiang Road Food Street, with all sorts of dining options downstairs. The room facilities are new, but you have to ask customer service for a fridge. Parking in the back is convenient. Breakfast, however, is very mediocre and quite basic. They really should have a dedicated staff member at the entrance to collect breakfast vouchers, instead of having a cleaning lady collecting dishes while also yelling for vouchers! On the second day, I even found a hair in my freshly made rice noodle soup. The price was also exorbitant during the May Day holiday, at 882 per night! This price is completely out of line with the city's tier, the hotel's star rating, and the local food prices. The 'smart' toilet only flushes automatically; it doesn't have any other smart features like washing or drying. Also, the flushing sound at night was excessively loud and disturbed others' sleep.

The room was very tidy and the environment was great, especially our sea view room. However, some maintenance is needed. The water pressure in the room was extremely low! The hot water would turn cold after a few seconds, then stop completely for a few seconds before returning to normal, and this kept repeating 😢. It would be freezing in winter. There's a small soaking tub in the room, but even after an hour of filling, the water only reached our ankles. Plus, the room let in a lot of light.

I highly recommend Floral Hotel·Nanao Green Water Blue Bay for travelers seeking a serene and upscale experience.

We specifically chose the off-season to visit Nanao, so it was less crowded and more peaceful. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The butler mentioned that since it was the off-season, they upgraded our room type for free, which was a wonderful surprise! Eating out in Houzai is also cheaper during the off-season. If you want to avoid the crowds and enjoy a few quiet days by the sea, I highly recommend coming at this time, and staying here will make it even more comfortable.
