"It’s a good hotel - decent value but basic. The rooms are clean but small and functional. I was travelling with work and it didn’t really lend itself for having to do some work in the mornings - but it’s probably not marketed towards business travellers in fairness. The location is slightly out of the centre but Ubers are cheap. The room didn’t have an iron - but they found one for me to use…but no ironing board. The corridors were a little noisy as other guests came back from their nights out. 3 stars reflects the standard of the hotel but it’s very good value and I was happy to be here for 4 nights."

"The facilities and environment are very general, the service is poor 👎 I wanted to live in a worse room type for me at the beginning. I changed it after I had ague. The room with no window was still very small. It was completely inconsistent with the description picture. The location was OK but there was no supporting facilities around. Disordered, the picture shows the worse room for me at the beginning, No windows on the street is neither safe nor noisy"

"Best breakfast I've had in a long time. The room was very spacious and with an amazing view. They struggle to keep the room dark due to the large windows. But this is a common problem in hotels of Colombia. It is a great location for people looking for a Cali stop between El Redil and other locations on the Route to the Sea, and the Airport. you can literally cross the street to walk into Chipichape mall to find a vast amount of good and well-priced food, coffee shops, and stores. I would stay here again."

"The location is OK, the price is not expensive. Basically stay at the hotel. Breakfast is quite rich, there is a buffet at noon. The soundproofing of the room is a bit poor and the sound of the room next to it can be heard."

"The hotel is very well located and safe. The hotel was very noisy, not isolated from the street. Old bathroom with bathroom. There was no bathroom amenities. And a big problem: there was no intact in all the hotel a swab for European models. And they don't warn it at check in. Then you arrive at night and you can't load your phone.
