This was my favorite hotel on our ten-day trip around Taihu Lake. It boasts an exquisite, secluded style, emphasizing a return to simplicity without the need for smart technology. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the curtains are all manual, with keyless entry. But every step was filled with breathtaking beauty. The service was exceptional. The housekeeper asked for our arrival time in advance. We parked in the parking lot and took the electric cart up the mountain. However, since my mother had mobility issues, the cart took us directly to the elevator and even assigned us the room closest to the elevator. The housekeepers were incredibly kind and friendly, smiling every time they greeted us. Since we were staying for several days, we decided to skip housekeeping, so we hung a sign saying ”no housekeeping required.” The housekeepers waited at the door until the housekeeper confirmed we needed towels changed and items replenished. They were incredibly attentive and responsible. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and every dessert was delicious. We didn't want to waste any, so we devoured all three desserts each day. The next day, we were too lazy to go downstairs to the restaurant, so the housekeeper even brought them to our room. The room also included tickets to the Yixing Ceramics Museum, which you could spend a whole day exploring. Besides the history of ceramics and collections from different dynasties, the room also boasts a beautiful museum. There are also numerous works and manuscripts by Gu Jingzhou, which are well worth a visit. However, the museum is quite old, and only one side has an elevator. Some sections require walking up and down stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. During osmanthus season, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. Nearby, at the entrance to Longbei Mountain, there are dark-colored osmanthus trees, which are incredibly fragrant. Conversely, at the windy Tao Erchang, apart from the UCCA building and a handmade jewelry shop by an independent designer, everything else exudes an internet celebrity vibe and a cheap feel. It took me five minutes to explore. The only downside to the hotel is the small rooms. I think there are 17 rooms, averaging around 40 to 50 square meters, but it certainly didn't feel cramped. Even when the hotel is full, it's still quiet, perhaps influenced by the surroundings, preventing noise. I'll definitely be back.

The room is quite large, and the side cover has a view from both sides. It uses a Dyson hair dryer with many plug configurations, dry and wet separation, and the hanging area is also very spacious. The courtyard is decorated in a Chinese-style courtyard style. The butler will contact you in advance before checking in. There are shuttle buses to take you to the scenic spots, which is very convenient (you can go climbing in the Dongpo Pavilion next to it). The attitudes of the front desk and butler service staff are very good. , our children were given motion sickness stickers because they were afraid of motion sickness. The back door of the hotel is Yada Town. It is very convenient to eat and drink. There are many check-in points. There are many performances during the Mid-Autumn Festival. I like it. The breakfast area will be perfect if it is upgraded. Will go again if I have the chance

Springtime arrived in beautiful Yixing, and the fresh air, stunning scenery, and relaxing time made everything so wonderful and pleasant. Sanpin Yunlai Inn is located in the Ming and Qing Dynasty ancient town of Yulongtan, a somewhat abandoned scenic area with little commercialism, primarily offering guesthouses. It's said that the buildings here were rebuilt from folk houses in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui provinces, and upon closer inspection, they are quite historically significant. The living room of Sanpin Yunlai Inn, where we stayed, is a traditional Qing Dynasty building, originally designed for a third-rank official, with carved beams and painted rafters. Combined with the owner's artistic interests, the blend of ancient and modern styles is very natural. The guesthouse felt very homey and casual, offering tea, conversation, watching TV series, karaoke, games, and card games – everything was available. We even tried fishing with the owner and actually caught something, which was quite satisfying. There are many restaurants nearby, so you can try them one by one; the food is all quite good.

In fact, the surrounding environment of the hotel and the space of the hotel itself are quite satisfactory. The entire hotel uses a swimming pool as the core facility. The number of guest rooms is small and the room space is large. Compared with ordinary mountain B&Bs, it is actually somewhat luxurious. . There is also a small terrace to enjoy the sunset over the mountains. But the only fly in the ointment is that the experience of the service team seems to be insufficient. Although remain polite and welcoming during the process. But it often seems that we are not sensitive enough or proactive enough about our guests' needs. When checking in, I was told that the service staff would need to operate the jacuzzi to take a bath (this facility is actually quite good). But at night, there was a situation where the staff could not be contacted regardless of WeChat or landline. In the end, I had to randomly arrest people downstairs to solve the problem. Moreover, the ”travel photography service” clearly displayed in the room or the handmade experience, free coffee and other services that are included in the price when booking are not provided. In fact, it is understandable that many B&Bs have this kind of exaggerated promotion to attract traffic, but it is still rare to see that there is not a single word from the beginning to the end. When I finally checked out, the front desk staff almost accepted the room card without saying a word. Nowadays, ordinary business hotels are not so rude. Regardless, I was impressed with the hotel's facilities, setting, and beautiful pool. But as a hotel priced around 2,000 a night (in fact, it has reached or even exceeded the level of some luxury hotels). It has to be said that there is still significant room for improvement in the capabilities and operational quality of its service team.

The only suggestion is that the room will be a little uneven due to the partition. The family members accidentally kicked the protruding part at night and injured their toes a little. The service staff is too good to say~ Haha

Facilities: The room is on a small hillside, the environment is very private and quiet, there is a courtyard for tea, and it has a large pool for bubble bathing. The living room and room are large, and the room has a nearly 150-degree view, where you can watch the sunrise and sunset, which also corresponds to the hotel's scenery positioning. The camping base and water recreation projects are very complete. The lawn opposite the main building is also very beautiful, and there are sufficient parking spaces to accommodate a large number of guests. Service: During the stay, you can call the hotel shuttle bus wherever you want to go. Basically, the service staff of the housekeeping department and the transportation department are very enthusiastic and polite. The service of the catering department is not satisfactory. At about 7:10 on the first day of breakfast, there was no one at the front desk at the entrance of the restaurant, and no one cared which room you were a guest in. On the second night, the buffet started about 30 minutes ago, and the skewers, chicken wings, etc. were all cold, the roast beef was too old, and the black pepper sauce was simply salty. The fire of the hot pot was an alcohol lamp. The soup in the pot never boiled during the whole meal. There were no hot pot seasonings. There was no sesame paste, shacha sauce, etc. There were only vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic paste and other condiments. For breakfast on the last day, the paper cups for ice cream next to the ice cream truck were gone. I asked the waiter at the fruit bar next to it for more, and he said, ”Sorry, there are no more ice cream cups.” I was so angry that I laughed. Who trained this kind of service concept? How many guests are staying in the hotel? It's okay that the hotel is not well prepared, but can't they help the guests find solutions? The ice cream paper cups are used up. Do you have other paper cups? Otherwise, do you have bowls in the kitchen? Just saying that there are no more, it's still meal time. Does it mean that the guests behind don't want to eat? The auntie who collects the plates is also very diligent. She is still sitting. If she sees that your plate is empty, she will collect it. Then you collect the plates, but leave the chopsticks. You have taken away everything. Are you chasing guests away? Table manners need some training. I had to eat without my chopsticks being placed horizontally. Otherwise, it would give people a bad impression.

Facilities: The room is spacious, with a large courtyard in front, and a big bathtub in the bathroom. As a newly opened hotel, all the facilities are excellent, making the entire hotel environment comfortable and relaxing. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: The landscaping at the entrance is impressive. It's a short drive to Yada Town, and most other attractions are just a 10-20 minute drive away. Service: Check-in and inquiries were handled promptly and efficiently.

I took advantage of the National Day holiday to visit Yixing and chose the second most popular hotel in Yixing at the time. I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. Even before checking in, the butler, Gao Yuan, thoughtfully contacted me about my check-in time and other details, recommending various member activities within the hotel. He was always responsive and provided excellent service. I even tried the hotel's boat tour and travel photography services – everything was perfectly arranged. The area around the hotel is like a mini-Nianhua Bay, with restaurants and attractions all within easy reach. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stunning views at every turn. The room was fully equipped with thoughtful details: the bed was height-adjustable and offered massage; the bathtub had disposable liners and bath sponges; there was an instant hot water dispenser; and the complimentary eco-friendly tote bag was perfect for photos. …Everything here was convenient and cozy. I really loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic and introduced many tourist attractions in the surrounding area. The parking lot is also free. In addition, the breakfast is also buffet style, with rich dishes and fresh ingredients. The flowers in the lobby are also very beautiful. Overall, it is a hotel with good value for money, highly recommended to everyone who comes for tourism or business trips!

The hotel parking lot is large, free parking, there is no dining around the hotel, there is a restaurant opened behind the hotel, the taste of the dishes is OK.
