The studio it self has a great potential but it needs a deep cleaning. The studio still had the garbage from the previous guests inside and was full of dust. Also the outside is not very welcoming (it's OK to be in the back of the house but it is not OK to have construction leftovers just outside the door/window). Apart from that the bed was comfy, you have a mini fridge and good wifi connection. You can walk from here to the city center. Parking space just outside the building for free.

Our 2nd stay after 10 days drive, we requested to stay at the same floor as enttance! Still the same the shower water is not that satisfied. Good thing is they provide washing machine and dryer machine at the ground floor is really useful for us after our 10 days travel

The curtains in the room were broken, so we couldn't close it fully. The fridge was little smelly too. The water had a strong sulphur smell. The location was okay.

I ordered a room with a bathroom and got a shared bathroom instead. The place was poor. They had a strange door lock you had to push a small switch on the edge of the door to lock it, with no instructions on how it worked. So another guest entered our room and woke us up. Our room backed up to a shared dining room with a very loud coffee machine that woke us up very early in the morning when other guests used it. The towels were very old and small. It was bad. The location was the only redeeming quantity. We canceled a future night booked for the end of our trip. Russ

Best location near the heart of Reykjavik. The room is very small and the cleanliness not in the good side. However the owner is very friendly and kind.

Very comfortable guesthouse. Friendly service and lots of help and advice if needed. I really liked my comfortable room. Nice simple, clean stay. Very close to the bus terminal. Close to the city center too.

Loved this guest house, really cheap option for a quick stopover and super close to bus stop. Great owner gave me a room when I arrived early, much appreciated. It's like a hostel, not posh, you get what you pay for. Overall I was very happy, even a little communal kitchen.

Love the place! Clean, convenient and the best part - comes with laundry and drying machines!

For me, I would say this accommodation is under my expectation. Although it is quite near the city centre, the water here is so smelly like smelly eggs. Not only the bathing water but also all the water from the same pipe got the same smell which makes us feel so uncomfortable and the room is surrounded by that smell 🥹🥹 All in all, it would be a great choice to reduce budget but I may not come again.

The rooms are very clean and warm. Each room has a separate washbasin. If you are coming from KEF airport, you can take a flybus to this place. This was very convenient for us.
