Puteri Lanta Family Villas

It was a beautiful experience — the entire resort was surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly helpful and very kid-friendly. My children loved playing with the toys, and the infinity pool was absolutely stunning. There’s also a lovely treehouse overlooking the valley, complete with bean bags for relaxing. The food was fantastic too! Very close to the beach just 5 minutes walk and the staff arranged different tours with discounted rates.

Lanta Triple Novel

Upon arrival at Lanta Triple Novel, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made us feel at home, assisting us with everything we needed. We stayed in the bungalows, which were spacious and well-equipped. There was a clothes drying rack inside and another on the porch—this was the first hotel where we had ample space to dry our clothes. The porch was furnished with plastic chairs and a table, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The bungalow featured a small kitchenette accessible from the porch through a side door, which is convenient if you're planning a longer stay. Inside, there was a small plastic wardrobe for storing clothes and a mini-fridge. The only thing missing was a table and two chairs inside the room, which would have added to the comfort. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room cool. The location was very quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. The only minor inconvenience was during heavy rain when the metal roof became quite loud. We rented a scooter from the owner at a decent price, making it easy to explore the island. Although there's a restaurant as part of the hotel, we didn't have the time to dine there. Originally, we planned to stay for three days but ended up extending our stay to four because we enjoyed it so much. The location is perfect—it's close to the beach, and there's a 7-Eleven just around the corner where you can get everything you need for your stay. It's a 4-minute drive to Saladan Pier, so you'll have an easy time catching ferries or speedboats for further travel. Overall, our experience at Lanta Triple Novel was excellent. The friendly owner, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made our stay memorable. I really liked this hotel. The staff is quite friendly, everyone tries to help you, from the very early morning everyone works like a bee to make your stay pleasant and carefree. We had a nice spacious room, a comfortable bed with a firm mattress, soft pillows and crisp linens. A special pleasure is a shower under the stars ☺️☺️☺️ Among the shortcomings - the slippers are not disposable and they were dirty. And the soundproofing in the adjacent room is very poor. But overall this is a very good hotel for the money. The breakfasts are wonderful - everything is fresh and tasty 🔥

The house is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the boss is very attentive and considerate, and the recommendations are all good. The facilities need to be improved. There is no hair dryer or kettle. You have to ask for it before you can get it. It feels so strange. Is there a hair dryer for washing hair? Why bother? The deposit of 1,000 is also strange. I stayed in 6 hotels during the whole trip, and this is the only one that requires a deposit. It may be due to the peak season. I booked a room on Ctrip. 8 Chairman Mao tickets for one night are too expensive and do not match the facilities. I think 4 or 5 tickets are OK.

We were forced to spend six nights at this hotel because another booking fell through at the last minute. What we can say right now is that we would never want to spend another night there. We've been coming to Koh Lanta for several years and have tried various hotels, but this one definitely ranks last in our personal list. The existing, and mostly positive, reviews are incomprehensible to us. We paid just over €100 per night, which we consider completely unacceptable value for money. At €40-50 per night, it still wouldn't be pleasant, but the circumstances would be more tolerable. Let's start with the positives: The staff were very friendly and helpful, making the best of what they had. ... Negative: -Disastrous mattress with protruding edges and noticeable springiness across the surface. (A topper was provided upon request, but it didn't improve the situation.) If one person turns over, the other is completely affected by the movement and moves along with them. Bathroom very dark and worn. Stinking drains throughout the entire stay. Wide-smelling sink. Insufficient water pressure in the shower and at the tap on several occasions. Refrigerator annoyingly loud, sounding more like a small compressor. Window/balcony door doesn't close properly, making it very noisy, especially at night. Sleeping without earplugs was impossible. Frequently unreliable Wi-Fi. In summary: Only the bare essentials at an unreasonable price-performance ratio, but clean, well-maintained, and with helpful staff.

This hotel is perfect for just 1-2 nights. We were checked in exactly at 2 PM. The scooter we rented right here was very old, difficult to start, and the fuel gauge was unreadable. We stayed on the third floor, and going up and down wasn't very convenient. The artificial potted plants on the floors were surprising; they really didn't add any beauty. There's a water cooler with drinking water on the floor. In the room, the outlets were conveniently located near each bed. What I didn't like was that for a double room, there was only one glass, one cup, and one spoon. There were also very few napkins, and they ran out quickly. There were no places to dry swimsuits, so we hung them on the balcony railing, then had to look for them on the ground floor because half of them blew away in the wind. The biggest downside of the room was the noisy air conditioning unit on the balcony. We always showered with cold water because hot water was only available during the day. There was none in the morning or evening. Our window view is in the photos. And yes, the road to the beach passes by cows and their 'products' :)) We didn't like the beach; there were too many rocks in the water, so we didn't relax there. A 7/11 is within walking distance. There's a mosque nearby, so it gets very loud during prayer times.

Very nice and quiet bungalow. It's kind of out in the middle of nowhere. You'll sleep with and wake up to the sounds of nature. The bungalows are well taken care of. Ada (the owner) is very friendly and helpful! The drive to Long Beach/downtown is a gorgeous drive and takes about 30 minutes.

for the price i paid for this hotel I was disappointed from the room i was given! the AC was an OLD system ( no clicker), I was forced to turn it Off at night due the excessive noise and it was in the Room itself. shower pressure was very Weak/Slow. other than that, the Staff was very nice and responsive to any question. the Breakfast was ok, i just didn't understand why the coffee offered was an instant coffee (vs. the drip Thai coffee). No flip-flops, no small towels..

Good location, across the street from a very yummy restaurant! You can see monkeys beside the hotel every night at dusk! Would definitely recommend a scooter if staying at this hotel as it would be quite a long and hot walk to any beaches or main town, but scooter rental is easy on the island! Would recommend and would stay again!
