"I have recently had an opportunity to spend some time at Lemon Tree Hotel, Dwarka, and, I cannot say, that my experience was not outstanding particularly at Citrus Café. Specifically, it should be noted that the chefs of the restaurant are exceptionally talented: Chef Anil Kharola, Chef Inder Kumar, Chef Rahul, and Chef Vikash Kumar (Services). Their commitment, professionalism and attention to details are merely excellent. The cuisine was not only tasty but it was also constantly of a high quality showing their experience and their love of what they do. The best thing that appealed to me was the quality of service. The waiters and chefs did more than expected in order to deliver a personalized and memorable eating experience. They are distinguished by their hospitable attitude, desire to meet the demands, and sincere interest in their visitors. After travelling around and being served in well known hotel chains as individual Taj and Radisson, I can proudly say that the service and the taste of food here is in the pinnacle. Citrus Café at lemon tree dwarka provides a standard of excellence which is not very easy to find. Best of all is that it is highly recommended to anybody who wants to have excellent food and best services ever!"

"This property is about 500 mtrs from the Main Temple , its neat & clean as its new, they claim that all Premium Rooms are sea facing. To some extent its true but the sea is miles away , Bathrooms are clean but they don't provide any toiletries like shampoo or soap bars, yes they do have dispensers , breakfast is good but the seating capacity of the restaurant is mush less, had to have breakfast standing . Speaking of restaurant, the ambiance is good , menu is good but somewhat lacked the taste, plus the junior staff were clueless at times , this area urgently requires attention and yes the taste of food too"

"This was a very nice experience in this hotel as the food, the ambience, the rooms and the staff were very nice. The rooms were nice and well made. The location is by "The Dwarkadhish Temple" which was important as we had to go there. There was almost no noise and it was peaceful here. The staff were kind to us and gave good service. The receptionists Saraswati and Chinmay were very kind and even talked with us. The cleanliness of the room was amazing and the staff cleaned out rooms neatly. The value of the hotel is worth it as my experience was very good and made me satisfied."

"My recent Extremely Pathetic & Terrible experience with Hotel Devkinandan, booked through MakeMyTrip, I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience I had with this hotel's refund process was unacceptably poor and needs to be shared. My booking was from May 2nd to May 4th, which I had to cancel due to a medical emergency. Following the guidance of MakeMyTrip customer support, I initiated the cancellation refund process on April 30th. I promptly initiated the refund request and personally reached out to both the hotel management (Ashish Goyal, Anita, and Kiran Nakum) and MMT representatives, including Area Manager Ammar Vaghjipurwala and MMT Customer Support. I was assured by all parties that I would receive a full refund. However, over 20 days have passed, and despite multiple follow-ups with both the hotel and MakeMyTrip, I have not received my refund. A simple refund process turned into a time-consuming and stressful ordeal. It became clear that customer service is not a priority for this hotel or its booking partner. I felt ignored and disrespected, and my time was wasted chasing a refund that should have been processed promptly and without hassle. Both Hotel & MMT are Money Diggers The hotel owner claims they do not accept refund processes initiated through MakeMyTrip's platform, stating they only accept emails from MakeMyTrip for such requests. Meanwhile, MakeMyTrip customer support delays in sending emails to the hotel regarding the refund, blaming the hotel for the delay. This back-and-forth between the two parties has resulted in unnecessary delays, mental stress, and a complete lack of accountability from both the hotel and MakeMyTrip. What should have been a simple refund has turned into a frustrating tug-of-war, leaving me stuck in the middle with no resolution in sight. I urge both Hotel Devkinandan and MMT to address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and process my refund immediately. Until then, I will continue to share this experience publicly to inform and caution other travelers."

"Hotel Vraj Inn is a decent hotel in Dwarka with a restaurant. It is located on road Dwarka - Nageshwar Temple which is good. It is conveniently located away from the busy streets of Dwarka but still close enough to temple. Staff at the hotel was cooperative and rooms are good and clean. Restaurant is also good. Only con was bed tea was not available as restaurant opens late. Decent parking space available in the hotel."
