NOTES: --- • Please respect that this is a non-smoking unit and any guest must smoke outside by parking lot. We also ask that you do not leave any alcoholic beverages in the fridge upon leaving. There are large trash bins outside in the parking lot. 🙏 • All guests have free parking outside of unit in any "permit" slots, and the parking pass is inside the unit. It must be visibly placed inside of your vehicle. PLEASE remember to return the parking pass inside of the unit upon departure, as there is a $25 fee if lost. • Please be sure to replace keys immediately back into lock box each time you unlock the unit.
