GGuest UserBeautiful location close to the beach. First room we were shown was extremely dark so we asked to change to a different one that didn't require to have the lights on during the day. Restaurant was decent, bed was comfortable. The one time we wanted to spend some time by the pool there weren't any chairs left, so would advise to go early to secure a spot.

KkimsoulThe view of the hotel facing the sea is very beautiful, and the view of the Makai golf venue next door is also beautiful. The hotel windowsill can look at the sea, and many people surf every morning and evening. Valet parking and resort fees need to be paid to the hotel separately, but are good value for money. The device is indeed out of date, it is still the charger for iphone4, but you can go to the supermarket in Princeville Center to rent a DVD. Soak in the hotel and don't want to go anywhere.

EElegantRoseIt takes half an hour to drive from Lihue Airport to the hotel. Check-in is very fast. The room is very big. There is a swimming pool outside the window, facing the sea and the spring flowers are blooming. The hotel gives 50 credits every day, which can be automatically deducted when you spend money in the three restaurants in the hotel, hang up your room account, and check-out. The life in the resort is leisurely. There are yoga classes at 8 o'clock every morning. You can practice on the outdoor grass and it is very pleasant under the sun. I ate at all three restaurants and it tasted very good.

OoncemeVery good suite, facing the sea, with spring flowers blooming. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils. You can drive 10 minutes to Foodland to buy it and cook it yourself, just like at home.

No toothbrush is attached, so you need to bring it with you. Please rent a hair dryer at the front desk. The front desk is until 9pm, so you need to take a shower early.
The location is great and adult bicycle rental is also free.
There is also a pound cake at the front desk and it is very delicious.
The staff at the front desk are very friendly and gentle.
The breakfast shop below is definitely better to go. It's delicious.

GGuest UserThe two bedroom condo we got is pretty spacious and clean. Really love the in unit laundry and dryer. The kitchen has lots of untensiles and pots. I wish they could have some cooking oil and peppers as other Airbnb usually do. The check out time is 10:00 am which is unusually early.

GGuest UserLocation is great and the property is extremely clean and quiet. Our room was very outdated ( early 80's for furniture, carpet, bathroom) but clean and everything worked. It was spacious but bare minimum in kitchen for supplies, the coffee pot is super tiny. My only complaint is you can't extend your stay for late check out or additional day, that really impacts people on hikes and etc. We had to pack our stuff out (530am) and couldn't do late check out to come back to pack and shower. The young desk clerks stated policy for late check out was call morning of after 9am. That's ridiculous because most tourist are traveling across island exploring early. We asked at 815pm night before and staff couldn't give us late check out for next day, that's a deal breaker for us coming back to this property and was absolutely not willing to check or call management, for this reason I would avoid property if you have early tours or adventures. No one wants to pack out 5am without opportunity for late check out.

AAndSpacious, airy room located on the 1st level with easy access to the pool and beach. Location is good with eateries and supermarket within walking distance. There's a good size gym which is useful for us to shed some pounds after tons of food tasting. The pool is crowded and vibrant with pits of camp fires around the seating areas in the evening. Its a pleasant stay generally.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, beautiful room, beautiful swimming pool, the people working at the bar are very pleasant however disappointment at the reception level (not all of us agree) but when you pay that much you expect more consideration and kindness, it's a shame,
For the explanation, my French blue card does not pass with their strip reading system (message stating insufficient balance) except that the day before another person allowed me to insert it and make my code and as if by magic It works in fact I made purchases in town right after with this famous card.
Bad luck, I had a bad trip, I was planning to come back at the end of my trip but it clearly put me off.
