The front desk staff is very kind and helpful, and the service is excellent. The room is clean but a bit dark. The hotel should improve the lighting system.

The property location is great, 20 min on foot to Marienplatz / Karlsplatz. The room is good and cozy, however the sink location is confusing (it is in the corridor, outside of the bathroom), it is literally in the room :D
Thankfully, the toilet has a proper door, but shower cabin is transparent and it is separated from the sleeping area with a curtain, a bit awkward as well.
All in all, good place, has its own restaurant with pinsas and decent locker room for 4 eur only.
The price per night is unfairly high though:/

The location is great as it is only a short walk to Munich attractions.
The condition of the room is also neat and good, but the shower booth is made of glass right next to the bed, so it was a bit difficult. There is no refrigerator in the room. And I stayed for 2 nights, but when I came in the first day, I was a little embarrassed because it wasn't cleaned. However, the bedding was comfortable and it was a good room for three friends.
