Lindsay checked us in and was incredibly helpful as well. The only tiny thing I would fault the hotel for is their petty $5 parking fee. Everything is is great.

It was a good stay... Laundry room , washer leaked all over... I don't have a smart phone... so I needed "Quarters for the Laundry machines"...yet front desk didn't have any! ...so I ended up going to 2 local Banks... found out Local Banks "DON"T GIVE QUARTERS UNLESS YOU HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT WITH THAT BANK"!!! ...ended up getting quarters at a Laundromat on the other side of town..had a 5 night stay, needed my clothes cleaned! ...the front desk not having "Quarters" for guests is a bad oversight... No Eggs with scrambled eggs, bacon with Breakfast...what if you don't like coffee, grits and waffles??? ...Bagel & 2% milk! 2%???

The room did not have toilet tissue in the bathroom. When I asked the front desk to bring some to my room, the lady at the front desk said we’re in the middle of breakfast and you can come down stairs to get it. SUPER RUDE

Staying at the hotel is great but my husband and I smell people smoking in the room near us people need to learn if its a non smoking property then no smoking its harmful to other people who cant stand the smell

The hotel's breakfast lacked healthy options for breakfast, no muffins or danish, all sugar cereal, no bacon or sausage, only offered scrambled eggs (ran out and never refilled). The bathroom floor was dirty, and you had to pay for parking in their lot (I've never encountered this before).

It was adequate for the price paid. When we arrived we were first sent to a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. Other than that it was okay. It does have the feeling of an efficiency lodging with lots of rooms in an older concrete type building.

I’m not sure the linen on the bed was changed. There was an empty pillowcase under the blanket and hair on the pillows. I didn’t particularly care for the smell in the room either. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean.

beds were comfortable, shower had good pressure and hot water was quickly available for hot showers. Breakfast provided by hotel was good.
Didn't like that soap for shower was not provided. Coffee station was not available except during breakfast time. when we booked it said the coffee station was always available.
