Good stay for overnight. Not much service but the onsen bath was nice and empty.

Very close to Nachi fish market where you can eat super fresh tuna. You can even rent bicycle from hotel to ride there. The gentleman (elderly) which help us check in is superb, a very kind and respectful elderly

the location is not faraway, walking less than 10 minutes to the train station.

Sunrise Katsuura is a vintage coastal hotel at Nachikatsuura. It was nice to have a clean tatami floor with comfy futon, and one of the best views of the Pacific Ocean from our room. They have yukata for you to wear and you can wear it within the hotel, as well as outside. There is an onsen with a small outdoor area which was a bonus. Location wise, it is a good base for any of the sites (Nachi Grand Shrine and Waterfall), restaurants, and grocery options. You can also walk along the coastline and there is a beach, though it looks like nobody uses it. Your room has a toilet, but no shower. You must shower at the onsen. Also, they do not provide you with bottled drinking water. Their onsen also does not provide drinking water, so prepare yourself for that. There are not a lot of sockets to plug into for your devices. If you want the breakfast and/or dinner, you must book it in advance with your reservation. You cannot pay to get breakfast or dinner afterwards.

The room is old, but well maintained. The sea view room is comfortable! The outdoor hot spring pool is great. It is so comfortable to take a dip after a day of hiking! The breakfast is very interesting. The waiter will teach you how to eat it. It tastes very good.

This hotel is terrible. The room is very small, the hotel is far from JR, and there is nothing around. I don't know what the other pictures online show that the rooms are facing the sea. Anyway, my room is small and along the street, and I can't see anything. What's facing the sea? It's a lie. In addition, the hygiene is very poor, and the sheets and quilts are not clean. In addition, there is no bathroom in the room, so you can't take a shower, you can only go to the public bathroom.

I originally wanted to book Daogui or Wanqinglou, but they were full during the New Year and the price was very expensive. I chose this Japanese-style hotel and was pleasantly surprised! You must book a hotel with breakfast and dinner included. Each dish is very distinctive, and you can see the careful management of the store. I stayed in a double room with sea view and a Japanese-style room, and I was very satisfied. They were spacious and comfortable. When I opened the curtains in the morning, I could see the sea view, which made me happy physically and mentally! It is close to Moutian Island and not far from the station. There are not many people in the town. Be careful not to walk to the car lane, as the cars drive fast~

The room is very nice, it's like a Japanese-style room as you would imagine. It's very comfortable to live near the sea. The staff were very warm and polite. Unfortunately, it rained when we checked in, and the three-story pagoda of Nachi Taisha Shrine happened to be under maintenance. I canceled my trip here, which is a pity.

It is about 10 minutes away from JR Station and Muten Island. It is also close to the tuna trading market. I chose a Japanese-style room. After climbing the mountain, I used the hotel's own hot spring to relax. I slept very comfortably at night. The breakfast is a set meal. Go to the restaurant at the time determined when checking in. The table will be set up 👌🏻 and the room number will be noted. You can enjoy it to your heart's content. Everything is very satisfactory
