Staying overnight as a stopover before going to osaka. Perfect location the willer bus stop is just in front of the hotel and the nagoya train station is across the street. Had time to visit noritake garden and aeon mall cause its just a walking distance. Facilities are clean and complete.

I loved that it was really close to the JR station and pretty central to do other forays into the city. The room was clean and was perfect for me and my needs.
The laundry was very convenient and the staff were efficient and very helpful. Definitely worth it.

Close proximity to subway station, but beware there are many clubs & bars around.
The staff might not know English well, but they will treat you well. The room is small but comfortable.
The hot spring is a must try.
The breakfast is very plain and can be skipped.

The hotel is located at Kokusai Center Station. There's a direct elevator from the subway concourse to the hotel, so no stairs needed. The underground shopping arcade connects directly to Nagoya Station, with various restaurants and shops along the way, about a 10-minute walk. At street level, you'll find several convenience stores and an Ichiran Ramen. It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of Nagoya Station, yet not too far. I personally find this location more convenient and quieter than the Taiko-dori side.
The elevators to the guest rooms are located behind the front desk and require key card access, which adds to security. This time, I was able to upgrade my room at the front desk, and my window offered an expansive city view, including Nagoya Castle.
The room size is quite compact, but there's an open space in the entryway where I could easily open my suitcase. The desk area cleverly conceals the safe, mini-fridge, and minibar. The toilet, washbasin, and shower area are all separately partitioned. Initially, I found the washbasin being directly in the room without a partition a bit unusual, but it turned out to be incredibly convenient in practice. You can even pull up a chair to sit comfortably while washing your face or blow-drying your hair.
The hotel breakfast didn't offer much variety, staying the same for all three days, but the quality was good. The eel and fried shrimp were particularly delicious!
Overall, the single room is perfect for solo travelers – it's clean and tidy, comes with a small public bath (though I didn't get a chance to use it), and the service is excellent. The hotel's location is also ideal for those who prefer a peaceful environment away from the main crowds but are still willing to walk a bit and explore. The underground shopping street is definitely worth exploring!
