Anonymous UserI came for a concert, and the hotel is right behind Niterra, so it was super convenient to just step out. It's also very close to Kanayama Station, which made shopping and getting to the airport easy. For Japan, the room size was decent and had all the necessary amenities. The lobby offered free coffee, and they even thoughtfully wrote a message for concert-goers.

Guest UserStaying in Nagoya for one night before heading to Hakuba, Nagano. The hotel is conveniently located not far from JR station. I booked a twin room, and the beds could be pushed together – it was quite spacious, even if you might fall into the gap in the middle. What really impressed me was the bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. That's a huge plus, and honestly, I'd book here again just for that bathroom!

Guest UserExcellent staff service, especially Ms Yamada san, she's super patient, friendly and assures us our luggage will be arranged a few days after our checkout from Comfort Hotel to another hotel in Nagoya so that it will not arrive too early before our arrival as we are backpacking to the other prefectures before returning to Nagoya. Excellent service and nice breakfast too. I fully recommend a great stay in Nagoya... Just that the pillow can be fluffier (too flat) for comfort.

The location is great, right in the Sakae shopping district, close to Hisaya-odori subway station, and easily accessible from Matsuzakaya department store. There are plenty of shopping and dining options around the hotel. Sport Alpen is right downstairs, which is super convenient for shopping. The hotel breakfast is also quite good. There was a slight hiccup with Ctrip regarding children being charged 1000 JPY extra per day for breakfast, as the information on Ctrip was incorrect.

Anonymous UserGetting to the hotel from the airport is super easy: just take the Meitetsu Line straight to Nagoya Station, and it's about a 7-8 minute walk from there. Nagoya Station is great for shopping, with department stores like Takashimaya and JR Tower, plus tons of restaurants and shopping streets. You'll find everything from hitsumabushi (grilled eel) to Komeda Coffee and Ichiran Ramen. The 7-Eleven nearby even offers tax refunds.
The front desk staff were really friendly and had excellent English. On the first floor, you can help yourself to various toiletries and tea bags. The room was a bit small but perfectly fine. Breakfast included both Western options like bread and salad, and Japanese dishes. If you want your room cleaned, you need to let the front desk know in the morning. For fresh towels, just put them in the bag provided and hang it on your doorknob. The only downside was that the breakfast menu never changed.

Guest UserDear Hotel Manager,
I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay. The overall experience was good, with one significant issue.
On the first night, an alarm sounded at 12:00 a.m. We were unsure what was happening, whether it was a fire drill or an earthquake, which caused us concern. The announcements made were only in Japanese.
I hope that in the future, should any similar incidents occur, announcements could also be made in English so that all hotel guests can understand the situation. I also want to say that the washing machine have pin code to be safe so that no one steals or misuse the machine Thank you for that it's a great idea overall my state was good

Good location about 10 minutes walk from Nagoya station in a quiet street. Room is small and compact, but clean and modern. Bathroom is good size. Both Japanese and western style breakfast are offered. There are enough seats in the breakfast area even during crowded periods.

Anonymous UserI had a very enjoyable stay at Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Nagoya—I enjoyed visiting Nagoya Castle, strolling through Hisaya-odori Park, and trying the local restaurants and cafés in the Sakae area before returning to relax for the evening. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would happily stay here again.

Guest UserI like this hotel because it's so convenient for shopping and dining. The place is quiet at night.
Breakfast is served at the restaurant in front of the hotel but it's not really buffet style. There are 3 sets to choose from. There's a salad and drink bar.
Parking is at a shopping center around the corner but there is a parking lot directly in front of the hotel which you can unload your bags: 300yen for 15mins
There's a coin laundry on the 8th floor. It's a wash/dry combo which is very good as it saves time and you can even set a code to lock it to prevent theft.
Hotel will provide you a discount ticket so make sure you ask for it before you exit the car park. The discount ticket is worth at least 1000yen if you are parking overnight.

ChennianwangshiThe location is quite convenient. However, the single and double rooms are the same size, which makes them feel too cramped. The breakfast is decent, but it gets incredibly crowded, with queues extending all the way to the elevators. The environment is chaotic and the management needs to improve to avoid such long lines.
