Nan'an Xinyixing Hostel

This year's birthday coincides with something going on away from home. I booked this hotel on the same trip for my birthday. I had something to do during the day and was very busy, so I didn’t read all the text messages (there were too many messy birthday congratulatory messages). When I arrived at the hostel in the evening, I was actually told that the room I reserved was no longer available and there was only one room without a bathroom. Let me know? No other unnecessary instructions or solutions? Just let it go? I contacted Tongcheng customer service and they actually asked me to check out at first. It was such a late night and I didn’t have dinner. Where could I find a hotel? After my argument, they said they would give me a 50 yuan red envelope as compensation; should I use your same ticket to book a hotel next time? Is it guaranteed? At my insistence, I contacted their supervisor and after a lot of effort, they finally agreed to refund half of the room fee. I didn't do anything wrong, why did this happen? Since something went wrong, why can't Tongcheng solve it properly: compensate financially and comfort emotionally. Minimize negative impacts. After checking in, the landlord gave me two bottles of water. If you ask for it again, you have to pay. An unpleasant experience! ! ! An unforgettable birthday! ! !

Very bad. The boss knocked on the door at nine o'clock to urge me to check out. He came three times. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. He didn't acknowledge the late checkout discount on the platform. He had a bad attitude.

我們是春節期間在泉州遊玩，這家民宿就在泉州火車站旁邊，非常的方便。民宿整體來講是乾淨整潔的，老闆人也特別好。我們有什麼需求都會盡力解決。最後我們從泉州離開的時候，老闆還幫我們把行李送到火車站，真的很不錯。對於酒店要求不高的學生黨來説已經算很不錯了。酒店的設施對比連鎖酒店還是有差距的。但是價格比較美麗，有好有壞。預算不高的可以來這裏。

和家裡人一起出遊的，訂了一間大床房一間標間，房間廁所都挺乾淨的，床是硬板床上鋪了床墊，我爸媽還挺喜歡的他們不喜歡彈簧太軟了。有窗户很通風，還能去樓頂曬衣服，有種住在自己家的感覺。房東阿姨叔叔都挺客氣熱情的，有啥要求能做的都滿足。走的那天可以把行李放樓下出去玩，大叔説走的時候打個電話，他直接把行李直接給我拿到高鐵站去就不用過來了，真的很熱情！

房間是十平米的房子，單獨隔出來的衞生間，轉身都困難，沒見過這麼小的衞生間，勸退

老闆自己家的房子乾淨利落，離高鐵站直線距離有600米左右吧，打車要繞點路，導航有點坑人，見了老闆娘人很熱情，騎電車抄近路送我去買票（過年網上沒第二天的票了）還説要是提前打電話給她直接去車站接人，早知道就省20元車費了（好多車在車站招客直接搞的價）給以後的朋友提醒一下再碰到這個情況直接聯繫老闆
