終於找到一家理想中的酒店，以前入住的酒店不是衞生差就是服務差，這家維也納從入住時就有歡迎聲給人一種回家的感覺，因為我們是自駕，東西有點多，在辦理過程中前台小姐姐有詢問我們是否需要幫忙拿行李，我表示拒絕後覺得太麻煩了，因為大廳到電梯有點距離，安保大哥還是很熱心的幫我們把行李提到了房間，從這些細小的舉動就很讓人值得推薦。到房間後我們想換一個雙床，也沒有收取額外費用，還免費贈送了早餐，由於我們是電車，打電話詢問前台有沒有充電樁，前台也很耐心告知酒店內有免費充電樁，下去挪車的時候還有專人給我們帶路，真的很值得推薦，房間也乾淨整潔，位置優越交通便利，酒店設施都很齊全，個人覺得性價比蠻高。服務周到，讓人無比舒心，給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，這家酒店的服務員個個彬彬遊歷，熱情周到！
