The hotel staff were so kind, cheerful and understanding. Seems like except reception staff they can't speak English but we can speak Chinese so it was not a big problem. But even if you can't speak Chinese, I'm sure they will do their best to understand and help. Breakfast was really good, there were so many options and staff were so helpful. Hot spring needs additional 80 RMB but it deserved its price. Hotel was a little old but not a big problem, price/performance ratio is okay. There were no issue with cleanliness. Thanks for such a pleasant experience, already thinking about coming back again with another friend!

The hotel has a metro station right in front so it’s really convenient. The little ai robots that bring take out orders right to your door are super cute and efficient. Also the bed was very comfy.

Booked two nights but decided to extend for another day.. Our room got upgraded into one with a private hotspring(thanks for that)...Facilities arent perfect but the serenity is priceless..got the much needed relaxation..Will definitely stay here again..❤️😁

The service was great. My fiancé and I went to celebrate our engagement and had a lovely time. The bathtub was perfect and the hot springs, although few, were not very busy. The location is perfect as the metro station is right outside the door.

The hotel is very old and has a musty smell. I went there during the National Day holiday and didn't expect much from the environment and service. When I arrived, there was only one receptionist in the lobby, and the hot spring was closed because the government said it was repairing the pipeline. Although the children's playground was open, the floor was covered with dust and broken templates. Fortunately, the price during the National Day holiday was not expensive, and I still had a room if I booked 3 days in advance.
It is far from the city, just next to Tangshan No. 1. I went to Tangshan No. 1 for a bath on the last day and felt much more comfortable.
