This is my second week here and I’m very pleased with everything about this hotel, great staff, they are all very friendly and welcoming. Always checking in to see if they can help with anything. They have a nice gym and also a full laundry. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks Betsy for your help.

和朋友一起來看咪豆音樂節的，酒店的位置很好找，周邊就有萬達和地鐵站，附近有免費接駁車也很方便。房間很寬敞，設施齊全，早餐有鴨血粉絲誒😄服務真的特別好，走的時候不小心把ipad忘在房間了，就麻煩了工作人員找了兩遍房間，找到幫我郵寄了過來，真的十分感謝！

酒店一開始的服務就很好，前台都是笑臉相迎的。是為了看音樂節住的，酒店還贈送音樂節應援物品，有被暖到。房間也很大，裏面除了基本的設施外還有膠囊咖啡機和烘乾機！外賣服務有機器人送到房間門口，第二天機器人不能用還是大堂小哥送到房間門口的。

房間整潔衞生，性價比很好，超出預期，還有歡迎小禮物～前台服務人員也特別可愛服務態度特別好 事事有迴應～尤其是最後一天早上要趕高鐵來不及吃早飯了 工作人員馬上給出瞭解決方案 退房速度也很快 最後成功趕上高鐵

今年第二次入住嘉瓏酒店，此次房間衞生打掃不是很乾凈。入住客人相當多，早餐位子緊張，杯子也沒了，早餐依然比較簡單，麪條、粉絲湯、小麻團味道不錯👍朋友對酒店很滿意👍

計劃去無想山踏青，所以訂了這家攜程上評分比較高的酒店，環境乍看起來還ok，但是不能細看，首先歡迎水果是我見過最寒酸的，真的沒有可以不送好嘛，浴缸旁邊的洗浴用品，最右邊那個洗髮水是用過的，所以我們根本不敢碰，灰色漱口杯底部有一層水垢，早上洗漱台水龍頭第一次放出來的水有點混濁的，4個枕頭都有灰塵，我們訂的兩間房，其中一間馬桶蓋和馬桶是不匹配的，裏面還臟臟的，酒店大堂可能因為跟餐廳連在一起，晚上回來一進門就是一股臭味，整體來説很一般。
【餐廳】有點無語，東西種類還ok，但是一個餐廳最重要的是乾淨衞生吧，菜裏有蟲，也不知道吃到這盤菜的其他不知情的顧客看到會怎樣，杯子盤子都非常不乾淨，桌子有股前一天自助火鍋a留下來的沒擦乾淨的異味，椅子也坑坑窪窪的，餐廳唯一的一台咖啡機一直是壞的，服務員也很少，真的無力吐槽了
