泳池可能是小區的，水淺衹有1.2米，水下有不銹鋼片去水處，小孩都好弄傷腳，游泳時間規定晚上，游泳真是要小心。建議酒店和泳池所屬方溝通，更換去水處的不銹鋼地面為塑料或其他防劃傷材料。房間內部設施還可以，衹是有時不太智能，需要説多次。

選擇在攜程訂房間，是看到評價都很好。所以選擇了這家酒店，果然沒讓我們失望，服務態度很好👍環境優美。房間非常舒適。床墊很舒服。先生老家是南雄鄉鎮的。我們是傍晚從肇慶出發，回去訂了一晚。孩子住了一晚，還想住多一晚。讓我們有一種住家裡的感覺。

服務很好，房間設施設備也非常新，全智能語音系統也是很先進哦，還配備了茶葉、咖啡，酒店後面還有一個泳池呢，入住客人説可以免費游泳，但是我們入住的時候還沒對外開放，説要過兩天，下次再過來就可以游泳了開心開心…

南雄數一數二的酒店了吧，服務以及環境都非常好，辦理入住的時候前廳小姐姐就跟我説酒店準備了冰鎮西瓜和綠豆湯，需要的時候可以通知她們幫我們送上房間，就沖這服務就應該給個大大的讚了，進房間有股淡淡的香味非常好聞，乾乾淨淨的，配備了一次性馬桶墊也是很貼心的，以前住酒店總是要用開水沖幾遍才敢用[捂臉]很不錯的一次入住。

隔音很差，門口和樓上水龍頭的聲音很明顯。星初五入住比平時價格翻了一倍，打電話給前台拿多對拖鞋到最後都沒拿上來，下次不會選擇。

衞生乾淨，服務好，房間都是全智能客控系統，裝修很新，設施設備齊全，大堂裝修也很高檔，還有還有前廳的這個百寶寶盒真不錯，有面膜、蒸汽眼罩、防蚊手環、花露水、一次性內褲，非常貼心，值得點贊👍👍

開車從北京回廣州，開到南雄實在太累了，在網上搜了寵物友好的酒店，結果非常滿意。設施很新，佈局很用心，還有女生專門的化粧間。衞生情況很好，馬桶準備了一次性套墊。環境不錯，服務也熱心。唯一有一點點可以進步的是智能助手功能太簡單。另外如果可以禁煙就更好了。總的來説，推薦入住。
