We stayed here for 3 nights. I can assure everyone who is planning to come to Napier, we had a good experience for staying at this hotel in every aspect, cleanliness, location near city centre by 5 mins walk, countdown and pack n save just 2 mins aways. Beach is just 7 mins away from hotel. Sushi shop just 5 mins aways. Everything you want is near you. You will enjoy staying at this hotel. hotel's staff are super attentive to your requirements. All the bad reviews I can say they seems to be irrelevant. Non of them we faced here.

The trip here was actually booked by chance, but the hotel's service attitude was very good. There is a large supermarket across the road from the hotel, and there are good restaurants nearby within walking distance, which are very convenient. Parking needs to be reserved in advance, so remember to call the front desk in advance.

The staff at the hotel's front desk are friendly and the rooms are very clean. It's about a 10-minute walk to Napier beach. The scenery along the way is very beautiful and it's worth recommending.

The seaside hotel is great, and the boutique hotel feels good too

It turned out to be double the usual price, no one cleans up after 2 pm, the location of the faucet in the room, the water is splashing on the floor, very bad

Lovely clean hotel. Staff friendly. Occasionally could hear water running in pipes but did not affect stay or sleep. Highly recommend staying here.

For the money spent to stay here (which was to be a treat), the art deco light in bedroom had blown bulbs, there was black mould on floor in shower, it was not overly friendly, staff pleasant but not friendly and there is a difference. I’ve stayed in cheaper, cleaner and definitely more friendly places. Would I recommend, no ! There’s heaps of choices so I’d recommend you try another accommodation option if in Napier.

Fantastic could not fault. Clean, comfortable, good sized room. Early check in and late check out accommodated with no issues at all.

A lot of noise heard from the roof, maybe birds. Also the telephone kept lighting up for some reason. Otherwise the room was fantastic. Great decor, plenty of space and the pillows were like clouds. A wonderful stay. Will definitely be back.
