Flaws (many) and strengths as per previous reviews, not much to add. The BeB is not signaled on the outside, it doesn't even have an intercom, at least it's not obvious. The entrance is truly decadent, with an old iron door, a steep, narrow and dark staircase necessary to reach the floor, without a lift. The apar**ent has a small kitchen available to everyone, but only to heat tea, as there are no cooking tools, which is actually prohibited. There are two or three bedrooms on the floor and two can be reached with a further staircase. The rooms have no tv. The upper bedrooms don't even have a real wardrobe, but an open handle with a bar and hangers; above all, if arranged in triple/quadruple rooms, they don't even have a chair or armchair to use. There isn't even the headboard of the bed, on which to rest and read a book: if you go back to your room you can practically only lie down. Breakfast is not provided, not even for a fee. The room is not remade, except for an additional 25 euros. Suitcases cannot be left in the structure after check out, both due to lack of space and the fact of having to leave the keys inside. The location is central, being just a stone's throw from Via San Gregorio Armeno, and check-in is fast and guided, with directions for arrival and contact details sent in advance. The bathrooms, while small, are nice and functional. For the asking price we'll go elsewhere next time.
