Convenient location for train station. Room looked great but had major ant problem. Noticed a couple in the bed and we went out for late night snack. Brought back a bit of food and woke up in the morning to our garbage and food being full of them. Broken shower head that sprays directly at drywall ceiling from rain head

The property was clean and the host Mario super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is not the nicest but considering Naples, it fit with the rest. We would definitely stay here again.

The good: located within easy 5 minute walk from Napoli Céntrale Trenitalia Terminal. The bad: this walk crosses through a very run down part of Napoli - the Spaghetti House location does not feel safe, the streets are noisy and filthy with mystery excrement & garbage, the building is under repair but a long way away from acceptable. The B&B interior is clean but worn. The check-in process is difficult and property owner elusive to contact.

The owner of this property is amazing ! Room is very clean and smells amazing ! If you need something you message him and he’s right at your door with whatever you need! I will definitely stay here again next time !

Aire acondicionado sin funcionar, el dueño lo sabía y aún así nos lo alquiló, la peor noche de nuestra semana de vacaciones en Italia. Encima nos dice al día siguiente que justo iba a ir el técnico, un sábado por la tarde😂

Ho alloggiato insieme ad alcuni miei amici il 27 dicembre, situato a 600m dalla metro park è molto comodo per chi si deve spostare con la metro e super consigliato sia ai ragazzi che alle famiglie. La struttura è accogliente e super pulita e il proprietario molto disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.

Non mi hanno fatto la pulizia della camera per tutti i quattro giorni con scuse che non stavano ne in cielo né in terra. La serietà e la competenza sono cose che non appartengono a questi signori. Contattato telefonicamente si arrampicavano sugli specchi.
