I booked this for a friend and her kids, who missed their flight to Narita. We had to change their itinerary and after all the stress we decided to have them stay here to relax and recover. They loved it!

The lobby was so big and beautiful but the room is kinda old. We don’t know how to adjust the air condition. The bathroom was small. But inside the hotel there’s a convenience store and onsen.

This is our second time staying at the ART Hotel.
Our last two days resting up before our flight back home. A free shuttle bus is available to the airport as well as into Narita town for shopping or the train station.
We shall use this place again on our next trip to Japan.

They provide a free shuttle bus to the airport and to JR Narita station, which is really convenient. The rooms are old, but clean. There’s a family mart next to the lobby 👍🏽

The room was so Japanese ~
We found someone's bill when we entered the room which was unexpected 😅
Well there were nothing to plug in charge phone or anything other than that we liked the stay!

This is the fifth hotel I've stayed in Tokyo. It's larger than the hotels in the urban area and is the most luxurious one I've stayed in at the same price range in Tokyo. It has a TV in the bathtub and yukata (Japanese bathrobes), but the overall decoration is a bit outdated. The hotel has sufficient facilities, including a hot spring and a gym. However, the transportation is not very convenient. It feels like everywhere is far away. Although the hotel has a shuttle bus, it only runs at specific times. According to the map, there are other buses I can choose from, around 30 mins per one. I arrived quite late and it cost me 3000 Japanese yen to take a taxi. So, the next day, I booked a hotel in the urban area of Narita. Since the Tokyo subway is very convenient, I'd rather stay in a smaller hotel.
