Anonymous UserClose to airport with complimentary breakfast as early as 5:30am local time & shuttle bus to/ from NRT. Service was okay by the staff, bath towel in the room was smelly and requested a new one, with a prompt delivery by one of them despite busying attending customers. Found a few hairs in the toilet left by previous guest, not cleaning very thoroughly by the housekeeping members even though check out was 10am. Other than that, good stay. Thanks

Stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and it was incredibly convenient — very close to my terminal. The place was clean, the capsules were really nice and private, and there was plenty of storage space for luggage. The showers were great too, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a comfortable airport stay. A

Shuttle bus to/from Narita Airport - cover all Terminal 1, 2 and 3
Great shuttle service.
Family mart at the lobby, convenient to have a quick bite before an early flight or even late arrival flight
Room: Simple and clean. Is old but is well-maintained.
Iron board provided and many hangers available
Charging port with USB port available beside bed and also available on desk - universal adapter recommended
TV: not too friendly to navigate. Basic channels available
Overall experience is great.

Guest UserThe check-in is done online (you will recieve am email) so you need to keep that in mind.
The JR station is close enough (only a few minutes, less than 5') and you have some kind of bar right next to the guesthouse.
Clean and cozy place, beds are closed with a curtain and the male/female spaces are clearly indicated
You shall take your shoes off and wear the provided flipflops to walk around.

Near the narita station. The room is quite small. There is transporting bus to narita airport but if your flight is early, you should check the time either way the staff. If there is no transporting bus, You can take train to NRT just a few minutes, very easy.

FafafafafaridaLocation wise is ok, there shuttle bus to airport but pickup from airport to hotel is not available. The hotel has public bath and see some japanese staying there enjoy this. No pyjamas provided. Hotel room is big and very cheap

Pleasantly surprised! We arrived really tired from our flight from Okinawa, and the staff member on duty was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. We were able to check in even though it was after 11 PM. During check-in, the employee also told us that each of us would receive a meal, which we were very happy about since we were so hungry. For each overnight stay, there's a ready-made meal per person that you can choose from.
We would definitely book again anytime, as we were more than just positively surprised and felt very comfortable during our one night there. Plus, it's very close to the airport.

Anonymous UserAccess from Narita Airport appears to be limited to Uber, so it may be a little inconvenient for those without a car. It's located away from the main road, so it's quiet. I was able to rest well. The gentle front desk staff were soothing.
I booked a twin room, but it turned out to be a triple room, which was very spacious.
I didn't use the large public bath or eat at the breakfast area, so I can't comment on that.
There is a coin laundry, which has a selection of Japanese manga.
There is some food for sale in front of the front desk, but it may not be enough, so I recommend buying some at the airport or a convenience store beforehand.

I like the place. A house with a single car park. You need a car to drive there. Close to Narita airport. Suitable for family stay. You can go to nearest convenience shops, Aeon mall, Donki, temple attraction. Driving to central Tokyo takes 2 hours drive. You can rent this unit and drive to any park of Tokyo city.
