The Hotel is good, only the front office needs to be a little pleasant with guest. Service is slow in SpiceIt restaruant

It was amazing experience with hotel in this 2 days. Really appreciating efforts in service, every staff was very gentle and cooperative. I will again want to visit the hotel.

Not clean at all.
Linen were torn and comforter was stained. No proper cleaned bathroom

The check-in experience No valet parking, guests are expected to park their own vehicles and cart their luggage to the front lobby Rooms The standard rooms have a decent size and comfortable beds TVs in today's time should be smart TVs so one can utilise their OTT logins Toilets can be better, such as placement of their health faucets Breakfast Honestly better to leave this one out. Food generally doesn't seem freshly prepared, fairly limited options One can only call for dosa which looked pre made but not heated. Eggs are not an option. There are good restaurants in 5km radius if you can drive.

Hotel stay is comfortable. Lobby is big. Check in was smooth. Rooms are good. Breakfast and dinner buffets are very delicious.Food is delicious. Buffet was hot and tasty. Bar is good. Room service is quick. Great service by Neha, harshal and omkar.

Rooms are good and nice but food is not. I didn't have a good food experience. Staff is good and courteous. Also not an ideal location for devotees coming to visit Tryambakeshwar temple. There is no other restaurants near by in case one wants to eat out.

Hotel ambience is really good. Lobby is cleaned and big. Check in process is very smooth I don't need to wait. Staff is very humble. Restaurant is big and well set. Bar is good. Room service is good. Buffets for breakfast and dinner is hot and tasty. Food is very delicious and hot. Great restaurant service by staff harshal and neha.
