the room i giot was not as i expected to be nice and clean..i made request prior to my booking but not granted..seaview casitas room i got was covered with trees and branches so where is the seaview!? internet or wifi is very poor..breakfast was not ok either. the beach doesnt have any chairs or tables nor umbrella or tent and no lifeguard to watch over. over all its just ok..

Our stay was very good. We enjoyed our stay in the resort. We'll definitely book again. 😊

The view and swimming pool are very nice. It's perfect for relaxing without thinking about anything. really! The sunset is also really pretty. I’m enjoying the sunset of my life~

We’ve been going here for over 20 years and it’s always a great experience. The rooms, common bathrooms and facilities have been renovated and upgraded. What makes our visits great, outside of the facilities and great sunsets, is the service. Their restaurant crew and resort crew are always so friendly and they make our stay and meals special and memorable. Special shout out to Errick, Dennis, Ruel, Thess, chef Pogi, Diomar, Erika, Miho, Diomar and the rest of the am/pm crew! Many of them have made many of our milestone celebrations super special! We love it here so much that we’ve made another booking next month. ❤️

We always visit Club Punta Fuego once every 2 to 3 months. For some reason, the last 2 visits we had somehow disappointed us. The rooms and bathrooms are already dilapidated. Aircon not working well, refrigerator not working well, lights blinking, you see hair everywhere even at the front door step, it's not the same as before. Except for the staff(frobt desk, restaurants, drivers, cleaners) they're still courteous, accommodating and respectful. I am just so sad that the value for money for the rooms isnt that worth it anymore. I hope they do something about it, to make their guests feel welcome again.

I have the best experience with Peninsula's new Manager Thess Felicisimo she is prompt and always there for any inquiry I had. Peninsula De Punta Fuego is one of the best and few best resort in the Philippines. Thank you Ms. Thess for your assistance for booking our accommodation at the Sea View Cassitas ❤️

A simple request for a room setup wasn't fulfilled. They just gave a complimentary cake. A request was sent upon booking and a reminder was also sent hours before arrival. I am unsure if they weren't able to read it, but the note was included in the special requests box in the booking confirmation email. See photos. My stay date was Jan 2024, but after uploading it reflects December 2023.

Club Punta Fuego has been our go to destination for over a decade, and we've always had a fantastic time. The casitas we've stayed in have seen significant improvements over the years, making our stays even more comfortable and enjoyable. One aspect that has truly stood out during our visits is the remarkable improvement in the food. The culinary offerings at Club Punta Fuego have undoubtedly elevated their game, and we were delighted by the flavors and variety available. Kudos to the chefs for their dedication! What truly sets Club Punta Fuego apart, though, is its exceptional staff. Eric, Jonathan, Rina, Aldwin, and many more members of the team have consistently provided warm and welcoming service. Their genuine care and attention to detail have made each of our stays unforgettable. During my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of celebrating a special event at the club, and I must mention F&B Manager Alex's outstanding execution. Alex went above and beyond to ensure that everything was more than we could have expected. It was an incredible experience, thanks to his expertise and attention. In conclusion, Club Punta Fuego has become our second home, and we cannot recommend it enough. The casitas have improved, the food has become exceptional, and the staff, especially F&B Manager Alex, have made our visits truly unforgettable. Fuego is definitely the way to go!

From the welcome, until the last minute we were there, it was spectacular. The rooms were very large, spacious and comfortable. The food was spectacular! Not to mention the staff. Some of the nicest, most attentive and helpful persons. We went for my son's birthday, they sang Happy birthday to him, they had many details with him for his day & made him feel very happy. We took the boat tour service. The staff that went with us was very friendly and helpful. The place where they took us was paradisiacal. Super safe. It was our first trip to Philippines, and we will be coming back to the hotel for sure!

Amazing view 👏. Clean beaches and amenities, Polite staff, Nice room (mine has a sea view😝), also, there's free rides for guests wants to stroll around the resort. Foods are amazing too Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I am hoping to return back by next year 👌

My friend and I had a great time in Punta Fuego. Our casita was overlooking the water, and it was the best view waking up. The layout in the casita was spacious and clean. We reported few minor repairs in our casita, and it was addressed promptly. Thank you to all the staff, you were all very courteous and helpful. Special thank you to Kuya Alex and Kuya Dennis for assisting us whenever possible. Overalll, this is highly recommended and I hope to visit again soon.
