Sleep Inn & Suites New Braunfels

I will never go to any Sleep Inn, first the lady at the front she put up a fake facade. I thought she was nice at first as long as you didn’t have issues. I was put on the first floor (terrible) right near the breakfast area. I understood that the hotel was full so I didn’t say much but then a large crew came and they were loud! The adults were just as loud as the kids, it was almost 9p. I wanted to relax and rest but with all that noise who could. They were supposedly doing homework in the breakfast area( Right). Then my son brought his game counsel, I had trouble hooking it up so I thought I get some help from the front desk that’s when I saw that the lady in the front was not nice. It was like I was bothering her. All the hotels I’ve been to are updated, unfortunately the Sleep inn is not with the times. The room is outdated as well and smelled like mold/paint. The shower head was old and the water pressure was low. I asked to check out early, which they allowed me to and they gave my deposit back but the remains money I paid for the other days they refuse to give it back to me. It’s like I paid for someone else to sleep there on my dime. Just give my money back, you couldn’t accommodate me and you couldn’t tell your guests to respect other guests and your hotel is out of date with some paint to cover it up to look new!!! I will never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here.

Room was not clean. Used wash rags in tub, garbage in ice bucket, something wet/yucky on the floor. Called front desk and they were argumentative, saying the room had been ‘quality checked’ and implying that we were liars. Offered refund for checking out (8 in the evening. Yeah, let’s change hotels after a long day on the road). Another room is what other hotels would offer. Under no circumstances would I stay there again or recommend to anyone. Steer clear, turns out there are lots of alternatives in the immediate. I’m still angry as I write this. Unbelievable.

Good rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was lacked something for what I paid for 2 nights.

Stay was just what we needed for the short time we were there. One small suggestion, please make the lights in the bathroom brighter!

The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Going up and beyond to make sure our concerns were taken care of.

What a pleasant surprise! This hotel has been recently renovated. Our room was very large, clean, and comfortable, and inexpensive. Access was right on the freeway in a great location near shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our stay was very relaxing!!

We only book non-smoking rooms. The room assigned to us had a very strong odor of smoke. We returned to the front desk and they apologized and gave us another room that was perfect. We appreciated the customer service.

Clean room. Convenient (to New Braunfels). Clerk was friendly and courteous. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom.
