Courtyard New York Manhattan/Chelsea Reviews

This hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of Manhattan, right next to NY Penn Station which has trains to both JFK (on the LIRR) and EWR (via NJTransit). My room was pretty small, but it had everything I needed. Everything appears to be clean. Staff were friendly and had me checked in and out quickly. I was provided with 2 complimentary bottles of water upon checkin.

Not much amenities in the hotel. Staff are not the most friendly around.

Was a nice spot to stay for a short trip

The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for travel! The hotel facilities are relatively old, but still clean and tidy; the service attitude is also very good!

It's pretty good by New York standards. If you want to go to Penn Station, you can take the train in five minutes. It's very convenient! It's a bit noisy at night, so you may need to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Convenient for restaurants and shopping

The room is relatively small and the facilities are average. Driving is a one-way street, there is a parking lot in front, and there is a hotel discount of 50 dollars per day. Although it is a downtown area, the room is relatively quiet.

This trip is the most expensive and the worst in the United States. I am completely sorry for the price of nearly 2,500. The front desk staff is arrogant and rude. They didn't get the room key until nearly 5:40 in the afternoon! Concierge The big black waiter has never seen him help with luggage. There is a small shop downstairs that sells coffee and light meals. I don’t see a few customers every time. The room size is not bad in a New York hotel, and the location is good. Go to Hudson yard, Penn Station, Times Square, and Chelsea Market are not too far away. Overall, I would not choose a hotel again. The overall score is about 2.5-3.

Pretty good! The transportation is very convenient, close to the central station, there are subways and trains. But the service is slightly worse, more similar to express hotels than other Marriott hotels.
