citizenM New York Times Square is in an excellent location. Many restaurants, shops, and Broadway theatres are in easy walking distance from the hotel. However, what impressed me most about the hotel was the friendly staff and the hotel's cleanliness. All the staff were warm and friendly and willing to strike up a conversation offering suggestions on what to do. I was really impressed with the housecleaning staff. They seemed to always be working to keep the hotel in excellent condition. I had never seen such thoroughness in cleaning the entire hotel before. I took the time to compliment the lady who was wiping down the elevators on the great job she and her coworkers were doing in their jobs. The only downside for some people could be the size of the rooms and the restrooms. However, I was basically only there to sleep; and I slept wonderfully.

I Needed one night in NYC and found Citizen M to be perfect. Best mattress and bedding in the industry, Great View and the employees where awesome, Location was easy and surrounded with everything I needed.

Great location. Good sized room. However, trash from previous guest in room not emptied. Button missing from wall panel above bed for light/curtains control. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great shower. Nice big towels. Breakfast buffet lousy. Would definitely consider this property again, but not breakfast buffet.

Hotel should change pad docker. Also, hotel must guide about the cleaning when we check in. I had so much trouble in the process of check in and assigned room. However, worker is so nice.

The location was in a good area. It was a few mins walk from Time Square and has quite a few food options nearby. Train stations were nearby and it took around 40 mins from LGA airport. The room isn’t super big, but it was perfect for 2. It wasn’t super loud or noisy unless there was sirens. I would recommend this hotel especially at this price point. Efficient check in and out as well.

I will stay here every chance I get. The location is fantastic, the set up is cozy and eclectic and I just feel like I’m in my own little home here. Very satisfied with my stay once again.

I didn’t like that they did construction on my floor at 6am which woke me everyday that I was there. I also did not like that my wrist was injured when there elevator door’s sensor did not stop the door from slamming into me. I tried stopping it but it just flew out and hit my wrist extremely hard.
The area was decent. The room’s were very nice and clean. If you want a place that’s reasonably priced and centrally located to the theatre district then this is the place for you. Probably not the best for people who have families as the location didn’t feel the safest.
