The hotel has a great location, a quiet place in a busy area, and many places can be reached on foot. Although the hotel facilities are old, they are well maintained and the bedding is comfortable. Recommended to friends in need.

The hotel I booked for the New York Marathon is within walking distance of the bus meeting point for the departure. It is also very close to Grand Central Station and Times Square. It is clean and has Washlet facilities.

Take the AirTrain/Long Island Railroad from JFK Airport to Grand Central Station, then it's a 5-minute walk to the hotel.
Despite being conveniently located within walking distance of Broadway and Times Square, I like that it's a calm and not noisy environment.
The facilities are not the latest, but the rooms are spacious enough, have a shower toilet and bathtub, and have staff who can speak Japanese, which is great for Japanese tourists.
The price is a bit high, but all the other Manhattan hotels are expensive, so I thought it was a reasonable price considering you're buying peace of mind and safety.

It's very close to the central station and very convenient for traveling. Fifth Avenue is not far away. The front desk speaks Japanese, but the only drawback is that there is a charge for wifi. But just bring your own wifi.
